Great experience finally a true professional approach ! I did not want some long drawn out sales pitch and the price was reasonable my roof is large and after comparing his price with other rooting contractors I felt I was getting a good deal for a quality roofing system thanks again Mike I will definitely be sending business your way !!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! So unprofessional. They don’t respond to calls and are very rude to customers. I got a brand new roof put on 2 years ago and I’ve already had 2 different instances where singles just randomly fall from my roof onto the ground… TERRIBLE COMPANY INSIDE AND OUT. Hired R.R after tornado in 2010. Everything handled well initially when we had roof and siding replaced. After 1st rain, found we had a leak in roof. R.R came right out to fix leak and repair damaged ceiling inside. Since then, any big rain has caused further leaks. Each time I call, they send someone out and they tell me it's fixed only to happen again. The last time they even charged me stating that it was a new issue. When it happened again this fall, I didn't even get a response so I hired a company that repairs roofs after tornado chasers are done. They found the issue within 5 minutes and showed me how the lack of flashing during installation had caused the problem and how they had used tar, foam and caulk when they had come back to "fix" the problem. Repairs cost $2000 and I have gotten no response back from Mike when I informed him of this. I still have a collapsing ceiling inside to fix as well.

I got work done to my roof by Mike and team after I bought my house back in December of 2020. There was a dime size hole in my living room ceiling and water would leak in during the winter months. Mike and team came out twice to fix it and couldn’t get the job done. Ceiling still leaks in my living room. Mike said he had the solution and he would come out and fix it sometime in October. It’s November 16th and I haven’t heard from him. He won’t answer any of my calls either. Shady business this guy runs. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Paid this guy all this money and he didn’t even fix the problem and now he won’t answer any of my calls.

Five stars to Mike. Within minutes Mike (the owner) phoned and made an appointment to be out to give me a quote. Instead of just a quote he fixed my problem within 45 minutes. I would absolutely call his company again and refer him to anyone who needs roof repair. You just don't see this type of good service out there.

In 2019 he came out to repair my flashing around the chimney. His repair didn’t last a year. Roof leaking all the way to the basement. Called him. He came out last fall chalked again said it would be good to go. Started leaking again. Left messages (4). Never replied! Never recommend!Service: Roof repair
