Hari showed up for the initial appointment right on time. He asked us many questions about what we hoped to achieve with our rooftop pergola and answered all of the questions we had for him. Very professional presentation of his product and extremely knowledgeable about add ons.Within a very short period of time his estimate arrived and we found it to be reasonable, so we gave him a deposit and waited for approval of the building permit (his was the ONLY company that offered to get the permit)After approval, an appointment was scheduled for installation.His installation team arrived right on time and got right to work.At the end of the day our pergola was up and looking really great.I highly recommend this company.All those involved in the project were very good at their jobs and worked hard to make certain that we were happy.Thank you to Hari and his crew for a job well done!

We completed our deck in late summer but needed a product that provided ceiling coverage and protection from the direct sunlight. We wanted something that was structurally sound and would have louvers that provided the option of being able to open and close, depending upon the weather conditions.We did our research to determine the available options in the marketplace, then contacted Patio Covers Ohio. Mr. Hari Verma came over and we discussed various options that would be a perfect fit for our deck. He also brought with him several booklets that enabled us to see product samples along with many of the finished projects his team had completed. Wanted a patio cover, we had several contractors come and give us quotes to include Patio Covers Ohio. Hari is awesome and explained everything about their product. The “Solara” patio cover is a great addition to our backyard. We unfortunately had a minor issue and called Hari, he immediately had his team come out and look at it. They replaced all the panels without hesitation. The installers are great and did outstanding work both times!!

I contacted the patio cover company and received a call from sales associate to an estimate Hari was thoughtful in the fact he took the time to find exactly what we were looking for and we set up a meeting to discuss our needs. We appreciated the fact he didn't try pressure us into buying anything and went over several different options for us to consider. Our install date was sooner then the estimated time frame and our installer Steve and Jamie took their time working on our patio cover plus they explained every they had to do for a proper installation. We love the job everyone and we're told if we had any questions even after the installation to call any timeI will differently use them again would definitely recommend them for an excellent purchase and installation.

We put in a 600 plus square foot deck on five years ago. Our deck is on the north side of the back of our house. It has dark brown composite decking for low maintenance. It is a great addition and wonderful outside play space for our grandchildren. We found during the afternoon in full sun it became too hot for the kids to play on. We were looking for an alternative to provide some shade and still allow for the natural air flow. We saw a commercial for Patio Covers Ohio and gave them a call. The whole process from start to finish was great! We met once to review the options and then once more to review installation. Installation was just one day with a follow up half day to wire the motors. We love the flexibility the moveable shutters give us for total shade and water or in dry times partial shade. Hari and his crew were great to work with. We would recommend Patio Covers Ohio to our friends and family.

When we started this quest of getting quotes to install a pergola on our patio, we nearly passed out. Truly, our first quote came in MUCH HIGHER than we anticipated, and the second and third quotes were lower but not by much.
