I had a great experience! My gutter was pulled away from my house due to heavy ice build up and needed to be fixed ASAP with rain forecasted for the following days. Bernecker was able to get a repair scheduled very quickly despite the forecasted rain. The repair took no time and gave peace of mind for preventing further issues from water not draining off the house properly.

Bernecker Brothers Roofing just replaced my roof on Monday. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results and the entire experience. Logan was professional when he contacted me after my initial phone call and answered all my questions as I compared quotes from multiple companies (many of whom never followed up after the initial contact!). I took my time and looked at reviews and it helped that Joe Knab (my realtor) highly recommended them. When I finally made my shingle color choice (with no pressure), the process was seamless. The large crew arrived at 7 a.m. on Monday and left with everything completed and cleaned up at 7:45 p.m. I was amazed at the speed and efficiently of the entire crew…such hard workers! Logan and Steve (one of the owners) returned on Tuesday to do a final inspection and make a few tweaks. The outstanding customer service and attention to detail will impress you and make you feel confident that you made an excellent choice with this business. Bernecker Brothers is an excellent roofing company. The sales representative Brad was professional and thorough with details prior to the in person consultation. The owner Steve and Orlando were very courteous and took extra time and care to identify the root cause of leakage concerns and were able to resolve the same day. Called for estimate to replace roof. Logan was my contact. What an enjoyable experience dealing with him because he was professional, informative and answered all my questions. He made the process stress free and pleasurable. Once the contract was signed, Logan gave us a start date for replacement and like any outside construction work it would depend on weather. Logan kept us informed of cancellations because of weather and worked with us to establish new work dates. Workers showed up when scheduled and torn off existing roof and began new replacement. Have a large roof and needed a second day to complete. Logan and crew informed us about a second day to complete. Job site was kept clean and crew returned early next morning to complete installation. Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. I am was pleased with my experience dealing with Logan, John and the Bernecker Brothers Roofing Company and recommended the to family and friends who were interested in having their roof repaired

These guys were really easy to work with, I had an older roof and gutters that needed to be redone and as soon as the materials got in they were able to get it done within a couple days. I called Bernecker Brothers when we found a leak in our livingroom after a big rain. Being a new home owner, I was terrified this was going to be a big expense.
