This is the best place in the city to get exterior home products. Staff is very experienced in sales and product knowledge, products are priced fairly and they try hard to take care of the customer. No fancy office space just a basic warehouse and showroom focused on the customer.

My parents purchased a new awning from Modern Builders Supply a few weeks ago. Everyone was so helpful in answering our questions to ordering the awning to the size we needed. We had a friend go pick up the awning once it came in and he did not get all the needed boxes. My father call on a Saturday morning as the awing was being put up Sunday and they had an employee drive the flat bed with our missing box to us with no extra charge. They have went over and beyond for our family. I doubt we will need another awning anytime soon but I know if anyone in our family has anything that they sell we will be using them. Hands down one of the best companies that we have dealt with.

My husband and I just finished a house in the Polaris Renovations Insulated Siding -in the Seagrass color -that we bought from Modern Builders Supply. We have never received so many compliments!! The house is almost 100 years old and the profile -double 6”-looks absolutely beautiful! So many people want Hardie Board-but in my opinion the insulated siding is the way to go. It doesn’t have to be painted like Hardie Board and it has an R value of 3. It reduces noise from outside-trains, traffic, etc. and reduces heating and cooling costs. And, out of all the suppliers around, Modern Builders Supply has the best service! Great product, great service! Thanks MBS!!
