I recently had my master bathroom renovated by REP and it turned out amazing. I had been looking for the right contractor for over 6 years but no one I met with was the right fit. The first day I met Hannah we clicked instantly. My bathroom had a weird layout I wanted to change, but I didn’t know what the options were. I had some ideas and Hannah spent over an hour with me coming up with a plan. She has the knowledge of what can be done with moving plumbing, walls, etc. and also has an eye for design to know what will look best. Once we had a plan she sat on the floor with me and typed up the estimate right there on the spot. Most contractors that came out never followed up with an estimate.The renovation was overall a positive experience. Hannah was always available for questions and was very quick to let me know when there was an issue. I appreciated her honesty and how quickly she and her team worked to resolve any concern I had. Renovations like this will always have unexpected issues but there was always a plan within a day. I am a planner by nature and like my house clean and organized, so a major renovation usually feels like chaos to me. Hannah was so supportive and patient with me, and guided me through every little obstacle that came up.The quality of work was great – especially the tile. I had a vision for my shower tile that was tricky but Hannah knew it was important to me, and her team came through. I love it so much. It’s the bathroom I’ve wanted since the day I bought my house. I will definitely be going to REP for any project from now on.

We found Hannah through a recommendation from a friend. This recommendation did not disappoint. Hannah helped design a fantastic kitchen. She was honest, worked with our budget, listened to our needs, finished within her deadline, and offered advice/input whenever it was needed. She was professional as was her entire crew - especially Braeden and Ryan with whom we had a lot of interactions. After talking to, and getting estimates from, 5 other contractors for my bathroom remodel, I had no doubt REP and Hannah was the way to go. She was so easy to work with through the entire process of deciding exactly how I wanted the bathroom to look. Her design expertise is fabulous. the entire team from rep were so wonderful to work with and so helpful, answering all of my questions. They just finished my bathroom and I absolutely love it! If you are looking to remodel your bathroom, I can save you a lot of time and frustration. Go with R.E.P. General Contracting! After 32 years it was time to remodel the bathrooms. My wife and I shopped around, looked at online reviews, researched the BBB ratings, got recommendations from friends, and talked with building suppliers. After all that, we sat down with five different contractors. Only one stood out from the group, R.E.P. General Contracting!We did not get a high-pressure sales pitch with expensive brochures. We got a partner! R.E.P. took the time to listen to what we were looking for. We received design advice/ideas, set a budget, drilled down to the finer details, and received a construction quote.I could go on and on about the experience and the fine people we worked with. The bottom line, R.E.P. exceeded our expectations, our bathrooms are fantastic! We will use them again!

Hannah & her team are amazing! From beginning to end she listened & worked with our ideas. She has a good vision for any project & makes excellent suggestions. I used REP contracting for a master bathroom remodel and had a really good experience with them. Hannah and her team were very professional and the workmanship and quality was top notch. Due to the extended amount of time the project took, I was not able to be home all the time but I had no concerns about any of her employees in my home when I wasn’t there. We did encounter a few issues along the way, but those were addressed promptly. Hannah really seemed to care about how we felt throughout the process and was very considerate and helpful. Overall, I would recommend them and I would consider them for additional work.

Hannah and her crew are awesome. Over the last few months they have transformed my whole house. I got a deck refresh in the spring followed by a full bathroom (gutted) and master bedroom remodel, a full kitchen remodel, and new flooring throughout most of my first floor. The work is quality and I will be having them back next year to do a few more spaces. They'll be able to put a sign on my house that says "House by REP".

I cannot recommend Hannah and the REP team enough! Hannah is a pro at carrying out your vision while still providing design recommendations – our bathrooms would not have looked half as nice without her guidance, but I never felt pressured to change any aspects that were important to me. From day one, she worked within our budget, was responsive and respectful, and provided frequent updates and options when decisions needed to be made. Her team (Ryan, Jeff, Paul, Jay, Braedon, and Kyle) were just fantastic. I was pretty worried that a renovation would upset our routine with two small kids in the house, but I couldn’t have asked for a better crew. They were as quiet as they could be, super clean, and interacted with the kids even while carrying things up the stairs. And after all that – the work they did is just beautiful. They are detail-oriented and take pride in their work, and tackled any problem that came up without complaint. Simply put - this is the team that you want making your house exactly what you want it to be!

R.E.P General Contracting has done a fantastic job at our home. They painted almost every room in the house including our built in bookcases, installed a back splash in the kitchen, updated the hardware on the cabinets in the kitchen, remodeled 3 bathrooms including removing the old garden tub and shower and replacing it with a gorgeous marble and tile shower with a seat. They also redid our driveway, front walk, and steps. Hannah's crew were polite, friendly, and felt like family to us. I highly recommend R.E.P. General Contracting! In fact, I have made recommendations to a number of friends who also became clients!

Shortly after moving into our house a pipe burst and flooded the laundry room and basement. Hannah and the rest of her team lived up to their name. The team did an incredible job repairing and making our basement and laundry room functional again. They also did a bathroom renovation for us that we are extremely happy with. We contacted Hannah based on recommendation of a good friend for whom her company was doing an entire interior remodeling project. We only needed some interior painting done but she made us feel as if it was just as important as a bigger job. Her eye for color and decorating detail is quite impressive!And then there's Paul!
