As a union tradesman I was very impressed. The crew showed up on time and ready to work. They were courteous and professional. They took the time to protect the house in the area they were working and traveling through, answered all my questions, even calling the manager out to answer some questions they were not 100% sure about.They did not cut corners, taking the time to do the job right, it looks clean and professional.Thank you to Dakota, Andy, and the poor guy that was in the crawl space . NICE JOB!

I had ordered some appliances and they guys who were supposed to install them basically acted like they didn’t know what they was doing. I had the heat shut off and called Beltz to see if I could get someone down to hook up my new (gas) range and they were so nice! They sent someone down today! I got Troy!! He did excellent work. This place went above and beyond for me. I am really happy!! I definitely know who I’m calling in the future should I ever have a problem! I highly recommend Beltz and Troy to do the job right the first time! Very experienced! Highly recommend!

My wife Vicki and I have used your company’s services numerous times for about 17 years now and have always been impressed with the friendly Techs you sent for the job and the quality of the work they performed. But, this last time when someone else left us with no gas, so we had no boiler, hot water, or stove, the next morning I called Beltz Home Service Co. As soon as they could they sent us two Technicians, Johnny Green and Josh Hicks and those guys knocked it out of the park and got everything up and running again! In fact we had both of them back the following day to tackle a couple of other jobs that needed taken care of also. What a team, thank you all.

We had a great experience from Mike Lasater. He came and was very polite to us and the dog and was very thorough in his inspection and explanation and had pictures to show everything and didn’t pressure sell us into anything, just simply let us know where improvements to our systems could be made and let us decide how much or how little to take on that day. Very pleasant experience overall.

This company was at our neighbors house today in Maumee Ohio on Hugo Street. This is the mess in our driveway. We were not notified that this was going to happen. Now our drive is a muddy mess. Cannot park our vehicles in the drive. The side/back door is mud. Now when we bring the dogs in we need to clean their paws. Unbelievable, unacceptable! Should we send you a bill for the mess and headache you have caused us??? I've had to go try to shovel the mud from the drive with no success due to the weather. I'm 65 this is sad!!!

Have been a part of the Beltz monthly service for about 4 years now. I pay $10.50/month and this includes 2 inspections a year. This service is of great value to me. I use the same technician Mike every time. He is very professional and very thorough. This service gives me piece of mind that everything is functioning properly.

I have to say Chuck provided excellent service. My appointment was in the system wrong and Chuck apologized and quickly corrected it by making a few phone calls. My routine service was thorough and he took the time to educate me regarding how our system works. I appreciate the options he left for a future upgrade but most appreciated the fact that he didn't attempt a "pressure sale" as I have seen in the past. Thank you Chuck!

Johnny Greene was very thorough - explained everything beforehand, well organized, double-checked job details, offered helpful suggestions for improvements. Very happy with the work done. Beltz continues to be the best home service company to call in Findlay for plumbing, electric, heat/ac.Bryce was scheduled to install a new wall outlet for an appliance. He identified a damaged electrical line that was a fire hazard. Was able to replace damaged line and install outlet in same visit.

We just had a new furnace and A/C installed and Beltz did a fantastic job. Marco was our main contact throughout the day, and he kept us up to date on everything as it happened. It was a big job all the way on the 3rd floor, but the guys got it done under the estimated time. And cleaned up afterwards. I'd recommend Beltz to anyone.

Only have had positive experiences with Beltz. When getting home inspections or any HVAC needs, I specifically ask for Mike Lasater. He is the most kind and knowledgeable guy. He always goes above and beyond to be kind and courteous when entering, and inspecting my home. He does an incredible job of explaining his findings to me. Today we had Chuck out to check our furnace and replace the filter. Upon inspection, the filter desperately needed changing, which Chuck did promptly. He then fully inspected our furnace to make sure that we had heat and that things continued to work correctly while he was there. After, Chuck went above and beyond to check other things in our home that had us concerned, just to be helpful and to give us suggestions for what our next steps should be. Chuck is always the utmost professional and incredibly thorough, down to the most minute of details. We appreciate everything he has done for us and our own over the past 4 years, and look forward to continuing to work with him. If we could give more than 5 starts, we certainly would!
