They were very knowledgeable and were able to troubleshoot and replace a faulty part very quickly. First of all, Brian did a good job. However, I’m not very happy with your scheduling process. The house he serviced is a rental and I can’t just go in at the drop of a hat particularly since my renters have 2 German shepherd dogs. We had an appointment scheduled and Brian was at least a half hour late. This makes it difficult when there are work schedules involved. I understand he was late because of a heat being out situation. I can understand this particularly if it’s very cold but it was in the 50’s. Anyway I trust we’ll be able to resolve this issue going forward. Thank you.

We originally had Bowers come out just to have a comparison on a quote from a competitor. After meeting with the salesman Drew, it was clear the level of service from Bowers was leaps and bounds ahead of the competitors. Drew took the time to review all aspects of the install to ensure we understood the differences in equipment. We decided to move forward with Bowers after that knowing we would be in much better hands. We were right. The installers were great. Very clean and friendly. Drew came out during the install to ensure things were going well and we were satisfied. The installers walked us through the thermostat and app before leaving. A few months later I get a call from Drew just checking in on how we like the system. Most companies would be done with you once they received their payment, but the team at Bowers really goes above and beyond to make sure your satisfied not just after the install is complete, but also down the road. Can't say enough how great Drew and the team was to work with. Even though they installed the furnace unit 10 years ago, they were unable to service our unit for over 24 hours from the time I called. It was 30° outside and we had no heat. Therefore, we had to hired another company. We will call Bowers again for service when needed.

Service person was congenial and knew what he was doing. He pointed out a serious issue of leaking water in the furnace onto the digital board.. Gave options and will have a quote provided to correct the problem.On 12/20/23 during a routine winter check, it was found that the A/C circuit box was not working. With in 5 days a technician came to check it out. He explained in detail was wrong and what was needed. With in days he was back with the part and made sure everything was in working order. The serve was great and the tech very knowledgeable and courteous.

My furnace would not light. I called Bowers and they had an expert technician come the same day to troubleshoot and repair the furnace. My furnace is over 23 years old and the mfg went out of business 20 years ago, making parts very difficult to find. Bowers technician was able to find compatible parts and also create a custom new part to get the heat back on within hours.The entire staff was very knowledgeable, polite, friendly and explained everything in detail to me.The service was excellent, the price was very reasonable, and I was so impressed I asked them to quote me for some additional, optional services.I definitely recommend Bower's for all your HVAC needs.Service: Heating system repair

They have done work on our cold air return previously and were professional and courteous of our newly purchased home. Decided to have them repair our GFA furnace that decided to fault our on us overnight. They were there within the same day to replace a gas valve and control board. Technician was very courteous and honest with his evaluation. Most places I feel would've tried selling us a new furnace, but he recommended just replacing the two parts since the furnace was only 9 years old.
