A storm blew through our area early April 2023. I called three different roofing companies to come out an assess the damage. Flag City Roofing responded that day and were out to my house within 24 hours! DJ was awesome at getting me the pictures I needed for insurance purposes.Once approved by insurance Flag City was out within three days to get my old roof removed and a new one on.The crew that came to do the roof was not only professional, but they were high quality and amazingly fast! Total time from removal to replacement was around 4 hours.DJ was available for any questions I had and followed up to ensure that everything went properly.We had a little issue where a gutter cover wasn't properly secured after install and a bird made a nest which backed up water in the gutter. I called and they were out the next day and removed nest and fixed drain cover!All around great customer service and great quality work!
