I’ve used Garlock Brothers for several projects, the most recent being my new office building. Garlocks managed the project from design through the final approvals, and I could not be happier. They were very easy to work with, provided excellent communication and updates, and brought the project to finish both ahead of schedule and under budget. Garlock Brothers Construction performed superior work from start to finish as we transformed the exterior of our 4th generation farmhouse. The project included the removal of all existing siding, gutter, storm doors, chimney structure, and roof repair, and the addition of a full pillar-style concrete front porch, new siding, new drainage tile, installation of new cultured stone, and new concrete sidewalk. From the initial project quote to the final completion of work, Garlock's communication was superb. Jacob Garlock was in constant contact with us, guiding us through the selection of materials and updating us on projected start date and project timeline. When the time came to begin the project, our crew of 3 carpenters worked efficiently and with great care. We were in communication with our crew of carpenters on a daily basis, making adjustments and decisions as questions arose. Our site manager, Joe May, provided exceptional attention to detail throughout the project, and ensured that all subcontractors, including masonry, drainage, concrete, electrical, and gutter were on site to complete their portions of the project when needed. These teams operated like a well-oiled machine, and at the conclusion of the project, we were absolutely overjoyed with the results. Remodeling the exterior of and adding onto an old farmhouse is never an easy task, but Garlock successfully did so without issue. Our beloved farmhouse received a much needed facelift, and we are extremely proud of the final product. We would, without reservation, recommend Garlock Brothers Construction for your home building and remodel needs.

We had Garlock construction build a commercial building for us and they did a great job of working with us and addressing any concerns that we had. We have worked with them in the past and the quality of construction and the attention to detail is still outstanding. I would highly recommend this company for anyone who needs a quality built commercial building or residential home. They have the experience and work ethic to provide a quality project and are responsive with questions and concerns. If we could give them 6 stars we would! They built a sunroom on the back of our house and added windows to our family room. Jacob and Ron were extremely easy to work with and improved on our vision with design elements we never would have known about. We even came under budget! We consulted with Garlock Brothers for a renovation of our master bathroom. Jacob Garlock was extremely helpful, and patient, with my selection of products. He assigned a project manager who was professional, competent and detail-oriented. He did much of the work himself and did a wonderful job of organizing and scheduling the sub-contactors who also were outstanding. All workers who entered our home were friendly and respectful.
