Your employees did a great job and were very professional. Went out of their way to find a replacement part that I’m sure took up a big chunk of their day. But I have discovered a leak from my shower going into the basement. I can’t figure out why.

I don't typically leave reviews unless I have an experience above and beyond what I consider 'normal'. I had one of those experiences with Siferds recently. Shawn came out and gave me a quote to install a whole home water filtration system, tankless hot water heater, and new sump pump. The price he quoted was more than fair and well below what I expected. Shawn was extremely professional and I could tell he was very knowledgeable. Shawn and another gentleman, who was also very professional, arrived in the morning the following week to install everything and they were finished by 2:00pm. As someone who takes pride in their work I can recognize when someone else does the same and the photos do not do the job they did justice. Everything looks very clean and it all works as it should. Shawn went over everything with me when they were finished and they even cleaned up everything including some boxes that were mine and not theirs. I can't say enough good things about Shawn and Siferds and highly recommend them to everyone.

Siferd had an awesome response time. Same day service. They knew what they were doing and fixed a clog in the drain under the house within an hour. Both guys were very nice, and respectful to the house. Will definitely be calling Siferd again for future plumbing needs.

Siferd Plumbing was called for my workplace because I know they handle commercial accounts. They came out quickly after being contacted, they were professional and explained their findings so that you don't have to be in the industry to understand but also didn't talk down to us. They corrected the problem in less than an hour, and they even cleaned up and mopped the floor when they were done! Highly recommend them!

Thanks for the prompt service on a weekend, especially while we are still finishing up harvest. It was a busy Saturday not only in the field but we moved 2400 feeder pigs starting a 6 am before finishing the last 40 acres of corn and 50 acres of double crop beans last evening. Had a little surprise this morning with water on the floor, traced it back to forgetting to put the condensation drain hose back on the pump. Just wanted to let you know, I have forgot things many times myself, appreciate coming home to a warm house after an 18 hour day. Jimmy loved working there, he thanked me several times for the advise of if you enjoy your job, it dose not seem like work at all. I know you miss him as well as we do, but God needed his help. Gabe and Braden were at my home this morning for a service call. These two could not have been more professional, friendly. more than willing to solve my issue in very tight quarters I might add. I told Gabe I needed some boiler work done, recommended an individual within your shop. Shelton was the tech that came today to fix our furnace. His level of customer service was exceptional. He told me each step he was doing. Let me know he was going to get a tool or going to look at the outside units. He listened to the issue. His logic to determine that our one thermostat was not working was spot on. He showed me where it had corroded. He even had the spare part already on his truck so he didn’t have to leave to get it like so many others do. He was able to tell me the exact price before replacing the thermostat. Very polite and clean. Excellent job.

We were more than happy with the work Aaron did!! He was VERY nice, worked quickly, they worked us into their schedule to take care of our mess. The only negative we could possibly come up with is he said he drinks cream and sugar in his coffee and we didn't have any. YUCK! We will definitely use Seiferds again and recommend their service!

This is my 1st review of anything to be honest. My family had clogged sewage for 5 days.......of course I thot I could unclog it myself but that didn't work. I called Siferd and Gage and his coworker showed up the next morning had me unplugged in a couple hours. What a relief! They were reasonable priced and very friendly and informative. 5 stars all the way

2-man crew came out and did a great job resolving my immediate problem and helping me plan to resolve a longer-term issue with my sewage system.Follow up - Siferd replaced my entire external sewer and water line, and then did a great job fixing up a problem with the internal water line once that was done. I can’t thank Siferds enough. When you don’t have water, it’s an issue to say the least. They were here within an hour of notification and diagnosed the issue quickly. Shawn had a new well pump with new electric and water line installed in under an hour. I would definitely contact Shawn and Siferds again.

There is a reason Siferds has nearly a 5 star review. I have used them for shower pressure issues, refills on peroxide, installation of a new well pump, and today again with my thermostat that was misconfigured (my error). They do not charge you an arm and a leg. They are honest and truthful. They don't make me wait a week for a service. They are fast, prompt and knowledgeable. Shawn has been my go-to guy for plumbing and Shelton will be my go-to guy for HVAC. Siferd honestly has made my home issues stress-free and I can't thank them enough. Do yourself a favor and pick Sifred over ANYONE else. This isn't a paid testimonial, I'm just beyond content with the service I've received from them over the past 6 months.
