Purchased an Associate home last year, built by ROD Morris, and we're very pleased! Rod takes time to listen and provides the best the home building field has to offer. The floor plan is beautiful while being really cohesive for everyday living (closet space is great!). He's attentive to detail, professional, and doesn't forget you just because your house is complete.SCOTT Morris is the Quality Manager who tends to questions/issues during your warranty year & is extremely knowledgeable in shoring up any bits & pieces that come up in a new home build.Highly recommend ROD, SCOTT, & Associate Construction ~

5.5 yrs in our home and we are super happy. Well built home, far better than the Ryan/Fischer style builders. They take pride in their work, and I am sure we'll be knocking on their door again at some point.

Love the floor plan of my house. A lot of great amenities. When we contacted them they aren’t overly friendly. I did have one big concern and that was creaking floors in a 2 story, Rob assured me it wouldn’t creak badly. He was wrong. This house creaks like it’s a hundred years old. On my 1 year walk thru I brought it up. Of course I was told there was nothing that could be done about it. I won’t even get into the flooding of the 1st and 2nd floors during construction that was so severe it totally saturated the sub floor. Still have video of that. And the concrete in the driveway is horrible. It’s pitted something awful

My wife had a great experience with Associate Construction.Rod was great to collaborate with, and when we had questions or concerns, they were addressed.Can't wait for the grass and lots of special memories here with my wife, family, and friends.

Great Builder! We’ve lived in Hickory Pointe for more than 3 years and love our home. They’re building beautiful new homes in great subdivisions in Carlisle, Springboro & Germantown. Sure there’s more to come!!

Had a house built by them. Not only would they not do anything about what a mess my drive way turned into. Now I have pipes leaking between 1st and 2nd floor.
