Called Jason on a Monday and he was there the next day tarping my roof until it could be replaced. I had never dealt with my insurance before and Jason couldn't have made it any easier. They were able to get my roof replaced and re-sheeted all within one day. I was referred to them by someone and I will be passing that referral on to anyone who needs roofing work done. Jason Burns from Prime Exterior and Construction was fantastic to work with. He gave me a great price in writing, right from my driveway. I chose Owens Corning Duration Designer shingles in Pacific Wave and Velux skylights. He uses an all Amish crew that was an absolute marvel to watch them work. Their work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in what they do, was as important to them as it was to me. I cannot recommend them enough. I'm extremely happy. RECOMMENDED!!!

I contracted with Prime to replace my roof a few weeks ago after I had been experiencing a significant number of leaks due to a poor roof installation by the previous owner.Mere hours after my first call, Jason was on my roof giving me an estimate.Right off the bat, he was honest that he could not find any damage that he would be able to report to my insurance company, and from there on out, he was extremely up front about any costs involved. He worked with me to provide me with a reasonable estimate, and he ended the job right at our agreed upon estimate price.His crews came on time, worked digently, and did a great job keeping my property clean and tidy. I have been scouring the yard ever since for any sign of garbage, nails, or debris, and have yet to find a single thing out of place!Get it done right the first time, and call Prime. Jason and his crews are excellent to work with.
