Since you keep sending me messages to leave a review, I will. You installed my gutters, left trash everywhere and the front of the house looks horrible. The water is standing in the gutter not flowing out which will cause problems in the winter. When it rains it overflows and run between the gutter and house. Pictured below. I called you out and a gentleman came to evaluate the situation. I don't think he knew anything about gutters. He claimed the water standing is normal and certain amounts would be lying in the gutter. Also blaming my newly installed roof for the gutters not lining up, telling me there was a dip in the roof. The roofers could not properly clean because the water was not running anywhere. He promise to talk to his boss to get an input on how to fix the problem. I haven't heard or seen him since. I would like half the money back so I can get it done professionally.Service: Gutter repairs

Our gutters, that had a cheap gutter guard attached to them began to overflow during a huge downpour. We called for cleaning, and they came out and fixed the problem a few days after we reached out. We have no complaints, as we didn't feel safe up on a ladder. Just glad they are cleared now, and grateful they came and fixed the issue so quickly.

I approved & they assigned me a day & time to install the gutters & they let me know when they were on the way to my house. They had me inspect their work & cleaned up very well hauling away the old gutters. Great work Kenny & the other worker for Gutter Now. GOD BLESS Gutter Now employees. GutterNow does a nice job, but they need to work on their professionalism. We spoke to one person initially, then I got miscellaneous texts and calls from different people that work there asking questions I already answered and trying to set up dates/times. It's like the initial person forgot to leave the others notes! Then the date of service changed 4 times between the day it was scheduled and the day it happened. It was extremely confusing. We were on vacation at the time they showed up, so the inconsistency just really made it a very frustrating experience.When we returned from vacation, before we even got a chance to look at it in person, we got constant emails, calls and texts asking us to pay immediately. It felt like they were only wanting to communicate on their terms.Overall, they got the job done and it seems to be better for us. I just wish they had a better scheduling/communication system. Poor customer service but handy work.

Very supportive and accommodating. On target in regards to appt time and communicates depending on distance frequently in regards to arrival time. Their office staff through the service person are of strong character and efficient and friendly. I only needed my gutters repositioned and sealed on the ends, along with 2 downspouts being cleaned out at the top. Somehow that cost over a grand when the area over the garage is slanted now more than it was before and they barely did any work. I was under the impression that the high cost would only be if they needed to come completely off. The gutters weren’t taken off at all like I was told they would need to be for the work to be completed. The guys who came out to do the gutter cleaning were very quick to get the job done. But that also means they weren’t very careful. They knocked down a hanging flower basket which is now cracked and blew several heavy sticks into my garden, which damaged several plants I just planted. I understand there’s a pressure to get things done quickly, but maybe take care to try and avoid damaging things in the process.Service: Gutter cleaning

Gutter Now installed a long gutter or a large garage of mine. A strong wind blew the gutter down and they stood by their warrantee and replaced the whole gutter. They are an honest company and take pride in their work and make it right. I would use again.Service: Gutter repairs
