Justin and the team at TEMA, we're literally beyond amazing in every single way! They were so responsive and got a technician out to look at a leak right away. We were so worried about a leak we found in the roof at my sister's house. TEMA was very considerate of the financial cost and were eager to find a solution to get the roof repaired so that we could make it through the winter.The technician took pictures to show us the leak on the roof and was very honest about what he found and what will need to be done.I cannot recommend this company enough! And I'm looking forward to having them replace the roof in the spring. There's no other company I would trust!

Bricklayers Local 5 Cleveland purchased two properties in the fall of 2019 and we needed new roofs put on and we found Tema from The Construction Blue Book . I e-mailed them and they called within fifteen minutes . They were very straightforward from day one , very responsive, made sure any issue we had was corrected immediately. Overall the quality of work was excellent and they finished our project early and in our budget and helped us come up with a maintenance plan . I was so pleased and impressed with my TEMA Roofing inspector! Brad was professional and prompt. His truck broke down and he kept me in the loop. He determined the roof damage on the rubber roof of my addition. The leak made a mess of the ceiling so I was anxious to remedy the problem! Brad took pictures of the damage and weny over my options in detail. Then he repaired the damage! Next few days it stormed and NO leak! I called Justin of TEMA roofing about a roof leak. He had his team identify theproblem and offered a solution. The team got it fixed in a day and took pictures of the repairs before and after. Asked TEMA Roofing to submit a proposal to replace rubber EPDM on the valley gutters of one of our buildings. They were the lowest and best bid for the project. I will be calling TEMA Roofing Services for any roofing work that I need done. I called Scott from TEMA and let him know the schedule for an HVAC installation on a Church building roof. They sealed 5 roof penetrations. They did a very professional job. And had the work all done in one day! His team is very knowledgeable and prompt. I highly recommend TEMA roofing!

TEMA worked on our flat roof at our main facility which is about 9,000 square feet. They took the time to meet with us and show us pictures of our roof, explained how our commercial flat roof system works, and what needed to be fixed. I was amazed at how much there is to know about flat roofs! Their crew showed up on time and did all of the work they contracted to do, plus some extra things we didn’t expect. When all the work was completed, they showed us pictures of the work they did, and invited us to do a walk-thru to inspect the roof. I really hadn’t planned to go up on the roof, but since they had a ladder already set-up, and it was a nice day, both me and my business partner, Bryan Higgins, took the climb! So now we have a little education in commercial flat roofs – just enough to be dangerous! TEMA does exceptional work and we were glad to get the work completed, and get that project checked off of our to-do list. What I remember most about this project is: We dreaded having to deal with this roof problem, thinking it was going to be a very time consuming to find the right Company, but once we consulted with TEMA, they handled everything from that point on, and made it really easy for us! The Electrical Trades Center is a large apprenticeship program in Central Ohio, after a long wait we decided to tear off our 20,000 sqft existing roof and have a new roofing system installed. We also decided to replace twenty-two roof top HVAC units before having the new roof installed. Of course, the roof top units were delayed throwing both projects behind. The TEMA team did not miss a lick, and worked hard through the late fall and early winter and preformed a first class installation. Our school continued uninterrupted and our tenants remained happy and nonplussed Couldn't have asked for a better experience.True professionals.
