Ken and team are easy to work with. Ken went an extra "two miles" to work with our insurer. Very happy with our new roof. The installation crew was quick and did great work including clean up- couldn't tell they had been there. We will gladly work with Rescue Roofing again, if needed. Great job!

Our job, a chimney cap repair and trim replacement, ended up not being straight forward. Ken listened to my concerns and needs, and was prompt in his responses. He offered solutions that worked, even though materials were hard to find. He spent extra time making sure materials matched. He communicated all obstacles and initiated solutions. Our roof was damaged due to a recent, Ken took care of all the insurance work , (which was awesome). From the time he came out to see what he could do, getting the insurance company involved, completely removing the damage roof on the whole entire house and getting the new roof completed. Took probably three weeks or less.My only problem is I value my personal time after work and on the weekends. I don't mind people working until 6:00 - 6:30 but that's as late as they should be at your house banging on your roof. You should not have to tell them at 8: 45 pm that they need to stop after telling them you wanted them to start winding down at 6:00 pm.Service: Roof installation

I had a great experience with Rescue Roofing fixing some old soil stacks on my home. The house is older, and the flashing around them had degraded and had begun leaking into our newly purchased house. Ken and his team were responsive, polite, and had totally reasonable pricing considering that this could have been considered an emergency repair and cost much more. When I had a minor issue after the repair was done (a shingle had cracked, which was not the fault of the employees), Ken sent the crew out right away before it could rain again. I am an avid DIYer and always interested in how things work, and his team showed me photos of what had happened and how they had fixed it so I understood the process. I really appreciated that. Great folks who do great work fast.

One piece of shingle was blown off our roof due to the severe storm a few weeks ago. My husband and I called 3 roofing companies and no one came out to repair it even after promising of doing so. I'm not sure it's bc it's such a small job or what the reason is. Ken got back to me very promptly and took care of it within a few days. He was courteous and professional.
