Worst TARPING ever. Redoine everything myself . Also gave 50 bungees. Put only 30. 20 stolen. Not good shipper to pickup a load.

Guard is a nice guy I'm sitting here in the parking lot and see that my trailer is loaded. I asked the guard he says they're waiting on paperwork now it is 2 hours and 49 minutes... Do they realize that truck drivers don't make any money when they're just sitting??????Disappointed

Used to be a decent place 1-1.5 hrs to load.Today they had no idea where to send me, wound up at Papermill plant, sitting in dock 3hrs, took other guy before me , guessing his buddy then claimed they cant find my product.Very rude older chubby guy on forklift, giving me commands to wait in the truck when asked how much longer it's gonna be.

STAY AWEY!!!! AFTER MORE THAN 3 HOURS OF WAITING TO BE LOADED,THEY RETURNED MY TRAILER WITH BLOW AIR BELOW, AND TRY TO CONVINCE ME THAT THIS IS SOMETHING NORMAL,HAPPENING ALL THE TIME AND THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT!!!! STAY AWEY!!! I'LL NEVER GONNA COME BACK!!!!

I’m not coming to this place even for 10$ a mile. Let them haul their own $&it.8 hours for loading.They make you drop your trailer so you cannot leave, otherwise everybody will just leave this hole.At the end, after 8 hours waiting, got 83k total gross weight🤬🤯😤

My appointment time is 1400 hrs. I arrived at 09:15 a.m. was given a door right away. It is now 1016 and they have already started loading me. Way to go guys!!!!

After reading all the bad reviews about how long it takes to load I was prepared for the worst. I even brought lunch movies n a picnic basket. But much to my surprise I was loaded n outa there in one hour n half.That was wonderful.

You drop off your trailer near tarping area and wait outside in truck. They will load trailer, tarp it and drop back to same place.Flatbed drivers- waiting time is at least 5-6 hours.

Arrived night before appointment to drop trailer for loading as that is sop for this place for flatbed. Checked in with security on the status and was told to go back to my truck and they will call when it was ready. Appointment was at 0800 it is now 1530.

Quick loading. Picked up load in dry van. Security and shipping guys are very nice. On Site scale is available.

I delivered on a flatbed trailer load of palletized bags out of USG Fort Dodge, IA to this plant and as of 07/27/22 I got unloaded really fast , It took 20 min ( I was 2nd in line) Satisfied!!!

You west your time you stay the whole day waiting for pickup the also don’t let you out from the truck resets shipper no rest room Iam not recommend any one for pickup you stay until you hrs get finish

Good place to work I been there for 8 years. They pay well,good benefits,and good people. I work in the loading and unloading department and we strive to load everyone in a timely manner and safe as well.

If you go to this location often, save the front gate guards number so you can call prior to getting there that way you know if your load is ready also if your a couple hours away call to check in that way they start working on your load before you get there it will save your drive time.

Be there wait to load truck, more the 5 hours the lazy guys going everywhere but not doing their job! Not respectful with drivers they don’t even answering phone call!!😞😡

Gave 1 star because you can't give them a 1/2 star. Got here 45 minutes early, the most unfriendly place I have been to deliver. Don't seem to move too fast and didn't want to unload. Didn't even tell me which dock to use, I had to pick. Hope I never come here again

I've been here for over 5 hours and my trailer still isn't loaded but they told me I could take my 10 hour break here I give 5 stars to any shipper or recevier that allows me to take my ten hour break there

I was stuck here for 4 days after dropping my trailer because the female in the guard shack is not only snippy, but mentally disabled, I'll never take another gypsum load

They're 're pretty fast there, getting you in. They try to get you unloaded as soon as They can. People there are pretty friendly.
