Mr. K. Muhammad was out here tonight for a water heater of ours. Not sure which location he's technically from. Professional and knowledgeable about his job and warranties even if it wasn't answers we were hoping for, and we spoke about how many issues we've had with our home similar and he listened understanding our concerns lol. He explained it all well and made it easier to understand the outcome of our options.. Though we have things to think about, we appreciate him taking the time, also a little later in the evening, especially if he was on call. Thank you again!

rooter rooter spent almost 8 hours getting my drain fixed. i appreciate their efforts to solve my sewer issue. after the first efforts failed they sent their tech brad at 7 pm on a friday to fix my sewer drain that was backing up. Brad was very knowledgeable and upfront about what he needed to do to fix the backed up sewer.

My elderly parents was having issues with a toilet - I called Roto Rooter and within an hour Chad was at their home. He checked everything to see if their was any kind of clog. Upon making sure everything was clear he informed me it was the toilet itself. I told him to replace it and be done with it. He replaced it quickly and was extremely professional and kind to my parents. Roto Rooter needs MANY more "Chads" working for them. He was one of the best repairmen that I have ever dealt with plus his supervisor a previous time. Chad also informed me he had been trained by the former repairman and that's why he felt confident in his job. Thank you all for such a great job - I will call you again if anything ever comes up again!

Brad was friendly and very knowledgeable. I had 4 roof drains stopped with gravel from the roof for many years jetted them out in time for the upcoming storms and snaked sink and shower lines that have been running slow for a while. Cleaned up afterwards. Thank you for service

I called with a plumbing emergency and they were helpful and assigned a technician to come out. They arrived within 35 minutes of my call. Luke was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. I noticed a wet spot in the hallway in front of the utility closet, and the floor drain had water standing in it. So, I thought the drain had overflowed, I called Roto-Rooter. Luke showed up about 35 minutes after they called to let me know he was on the way. I showed him the situation, he checked to make sure everything was draining properly, and showed me what was most likely causing the problem. He was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I knew what I needed to do to fix the problem. And the fee was way better than reasonable. Luke was professional, courteous, and plain nice. I will definitely use Roto-Rooter, and especially Luke the next time I have a plumbing problem.

While I could never say Roto-Rooter was the cheapest out there, the work they do is worth it. I had a failed sump pump leaving some standing water in my basement, they showed up quickly and the technician assigned to me was polite, professional, and efficient. This was my first experience with Roto-Rooter based on their name recognition and immediate response to my call for help with my plumbing issue: replace the toilet bowl hold-down ring that screws into the floor and supports the wax-ring seal between the bottom of the bowl and the floor. Jerry was the R-R service technician who arrived within an hour of my call and assessed the necessary parts and labor required for the repair. He prepared a quote within 15 minutes of arrival that was acceptable to me, then purchased the necessary parts and installed the new bowl support/seal ring. His work was thorough and professional, and he was courteous to me/Mom. I will ask for Jerry if I ever have to call R-R again for their expert service.Service: Toilet installation

My water heater began leaking on Saturday morning, and my husband was out of town. I called Roto-Rooter and I had a technician at my house within 2 hours. Maurice installed a shut-off valve for me so I could at least have water and then returned on Tuesday morning with a new water heater. We woke up to water coming into our basement from tubs draining and toilet flushing. They were quick to schedule us and within 2 hours from my call to get help, John showed up! Last year, a very nice man came to my house from Rotor Rooter and gave me a quote for 3 different plumbing issues I was having. After all was said and done, he gave me a discount and it only cost me $347. So I figured I'd use them again. But a different man came, he gave me no written quotes despite me asking for them. He charged almost $1000 to snake 2 drains. He disappeared for 2.5 hours and didnt turn the water all the way off so water leaked from the upstairs into the basement half bath and I'm still drying it out. He said he had to come back because he didnt have the part to replace the shower cold water knob. Then he didnt even come back - another man came and he charged $656 to replace the knob!!! That's ridiculous!!! I will NOT be using them for my remaining plumbing needs or ever again!!!Services: Drain cleaning, Plumbing
