They were very professional with excellent customer service from the initial contact until the roof was completed. After receiving two bids for a metal roof Eagle Eye Roofing came back with the most reasonable price. The roofing crew came and put on the roof, cleaned up everything up from shingles, paper, etc. The roofing crew worked efficiently and effectively in a very timely manner. We hired Eagle Eye Roofing to replace our 30+ year old leaky roof and install new gutters on our home and detached garage. The entire process was painless as everyone involved from EE was timely, professional, considerate, and efficient. The job was done in two days (gutters were done day two), the worksite was left spotless, and the workers were very considerate as my wife and I work out of the home. Call out to Joel who was spot on with his estimates so we didn't have any surprises and did a final walkthrough to ensure we were happy with the finished product. We even got a follow up call from the office a week later making sure there were no problems with the job. If you're in the market for a new roof, I can't recommend Eagle Eye any higher. Joel was very professional and very knowledgeable. He and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would, my repair was outstanding and didn’t cost us a dime more than our estimate was for. We called eagle eye roofing because they are a local company. They were very helpful and knowledgeable on the project that we needed done. We have 2 chimneys and our roof sloped into both, and the one chimney was leaking. They built crickets on both and the detail that our installer (Mike) did on our both chimneys was absolutely amazing. He did an excellent job and made sure that everything was cleaned up both on the roof and on the ground. I would highly recommend this company and absolutely call them in the future for any repairs or complete replacement.

From quoting to tear-off, install and clean up Eagle Eye Roofing was a great company to work with for our home. We had several quotes for both metal and shingle roofing. The team, including receptionist Jackie, salesman/project leaders Carl and Mike and the installers, offered the best customer service and best price for our needs. Carl was very upfront in his quote and didn't engage in the high pressure overpriced sleazy sales tactics we experienced with other roofers. He was also the only one to climb on and inspect our roof during the quoting process. After install, he returned to inspect the job and make sure we were happy with our new roof. We'll be recommending Eagle Eye to family and friends and will be happy to hire them for our other exterior house projects.

I had multiple quotes from different companies trying to sell me work that wasn’t needed. Eagle Eye gave me a quote (significantly lower) and explained what actually needed fixed. They didn't give me sales pitches, talk to me about quotas they had to meet, etc. They showed up on time, every time. Got the repairs done quickly and precisely. Nick is very kind and a really nice guy. Nick replaced my entire roof that was damaged during a hailstorm. He was a true professional who handled everything from dealing with the insurance company to ensuring the roof was installed in an extremely high quality operation. Exterior Home ProjectWe had Eagle Eye Roofing put on a new roof, gutters, and siding for our home.Joel (my main contact) was great during the estimate process, explaining the project and the cost. Joel and Mike were very patient and made sure I was happy with everything. Tiger Lily Realty, Inc. has depended on Eagle Eye Roofing’s quality work from Nick and his crew for several years. They have roofed some basic roofs with no valleys or dormers for various homes we manage. But where Eagle Eye excels, and others don’t, are the homes with complicated roofs and issues.In Medina we had a condo (2-condos per building) that consistently had a wet wall in the ground floor master bedroom. Nick evaluated the roof and found that all the water from the adjacent condo’s roof was expelled on the one we managed. He re-engineered how the roof run-off came off the roofs and the bedroom wall is now dry.We had a like issue with a Barberton home that had a basement with exceptionally high humidity. We did not consider the roof was the issue as there was a good size overhang on the roof and a carport covering the side of the house where moisture was the worse. After years of basement dehumidifiers, advise from contractors, and a long-term tenant who diligently kept the basement walls clean, we called out Nick at Eagle Eye to evaluate the roof. Nick advised that the roof, although not that old, was not installed correctly. It has been many years since Eagle Eye’s crew redid the roof, which had many valleys that needed to be properly flashed, and the basement remains bone dry years later.Many of the homes Tiger Lily manages have been under our care for years. Eagle Eye roofs have not had any issues. As a property management company, the contractors that we hire for our clients need to provide a consistently good finished product, have insurance, be reliable, moderate in cost, be respectful to our tenants, and clean up after themselves. Eagle Eye Roofing has been all those things and his estimates are normally in line with other estimates we receive.
