Thanks to them, I only had to pay my deductible for a brand new roof—Dusten went above and beyond to get the replacement approved and fully covered by my insurance!Once the claim was approved, the process was lightning fast! Dusten scheduled the replacement less than a week after approval. Luke, Josh, and the rest of the team did an exceptional job with the installation; my roof looks phenomenal!—They completed the job in just one day too! Everyone at Nailed Down roofing was so helpful from the moment I requested information back in the Spring when we had wind damage to our roof and siding. Luke and Josh started the process off and let us know they thought we could get full replacement for both the roof and the siding. Dusten took over from there and handled all communication with our insurance company. It was a LONG process and I’m sure it was a huge headache for them to keep going back and forth but in the end they were right! We got approved for full replacements and our house looks amazing now. The roofing and siding crews were so quick and thorough and cleaned up after themselves very well. Our house looks like a totally different place now and we couldn’t be happier! I’m convinced the only reason we got full replacements was due to the work put in by the amazing team at NDR.

I worked with Luke and Dusten on replacing half of the roof the duplex I own in Akron. I had received a couple quotes for the roof and was shocked by the estimates I got from other companies. We are very satisfied with the great job Nailed Down Roofing did on our house. I highly recommend Floyd Cooper. He was our salesperson/representative. Even though we were pretty certain we did not have any recent damage to our roof that would make this a possible insurance claim, Floyd still took the time to walk our entire roof and took plenty of pictures. We were given a VERY detailed estimate from Nailed Down Roofing. The competitor's estimates were not very detailed at all. Throughout the entire process, any question or concern we had was answered immediately, even on nights and weekends by both Floyd and Dusten, the owner. They don't put you on the back burner after they have made the sale.
