From our first discussion with Andrew to Ryan’s handling of the project there isn’t a single negative thing to say.There was extra care for our fur-babies to come back out and do a second pass on the yard for any nails.We will use AC again if a need arises or recommend to anyone who asks.

We had used AC a few years back to replace our trim with Hardie Board. They had done an excellent job, so when we were looking at getting a new roof and gutters/downspouts, we called AC. They gave us a couple of properties to look at for roofing options, which makes it much easier than visualizing from a catalog. Andrew is excellent to work with and keeps the process moving. Never delays, good communication, excellent work.The crew was courteous and upon completion reviewed all the work to make sure we were satisfied. Highly recommend AC Roofing and Siding.

To be perfectly honest, I rarely respond to surveys or provide reviews. I just feel that if a contractor or retailer does what they are supposed to do it should not be worthy of comment. It's appreciated, but the bottom line is that they've met my expectation. They've done their job.The exception to that rule is when a contractor fails to do their job or, conversely, exceeds expectations. I can definitely say that my experienceS with AC Roofing and Siding fall into the latter category. They did an exceptional job with soffit and carpentry work a few years ago . The also supplied gutter guards and talked me down from spending unnecessary money on expanding the width of my gutters. That meant less money for them. Who does that? And most recently, I experienced a roof leak (By the way, they did not install my existing roof). Andrew looked at the condition and rather than sell me on unnecessary roof replacement, applied caulk to the suspect area under the belief that it really should solve the problem, rather than expensive roof repairs or replacement. Once again....Who does that? TRANSLATION: AC Roofing & Siding is professional, competent, and 100% trustworthy. They continue to exceed my expectations! I would recommend them to anyone.

For the past several years my wife and I had been contemplating getting our house resided. The house turned 47 years old this year and the original siding (which we had painted in 2000) was really showing its age (faded, warped in various places, as well as numerous woodpecker holes in the trim!). So we began the process of finding a reputable company to take on this big and expensive project. Fortunately, AC Roofing and Siding had resided a house in our neighborhood and we had taken a photo of their company sign in the front yard. That turned out to be a wise reference, because Andrew's company was ultimately chosen to reside our house. We went with the Estate vinyl siding and James Hardie trim. It was imperative that the color of the siding matched the previous paint color and thankfully AC offered a perfect match. We also had all the gutters and downspouts replaced and that worked out great, too. The crew who did the work on the house was very professional, meticulous, and very polite to us and our dog :). They cleaned up the property at the end of each work day and would always arrive promptly the next morning. Kudos to site supervisor Ryan Hatfield who was always available to answer our questions or concerns quickly and professionally. We have received so many compliments from neighbors and passers by on how great our house looks! In the next several years we plan to have Andrew Christian and his crew return to replace the roof as well. Thank you again AC Roofing and Siding! We could not be happier with how our house looks!

In 2020, our HOA started planning and searching for a roofing company to replace 104 roofs. Several companies submitted proposals, and each was interviewed. After reviewing all the proposals, we chose A/C Roofing. The project started May 2022 and wrapped up i early fall of 2022. Andrew Christianson and his crew did an outstanding job removing the existing roofs, replacing many OSB boards, all shingles and installing roof vents. Also, all residents were kept informed of what would be happening throughout the project and were very pleased that their daily lives were not disrupted. Their communication was superb. We highly recommend A/C roofing for any project.

We recently moved into our condo and noticed a ceiling leak. We thought we had a roof leak, and our HOA contacted AC roofing who replaced our roof in 2021. Andrew found it was not a roof leak but a plumbing issue. He then went out of his way to help me discover the issue, and take photos of the pvc vent the attic for the plumbing company. Way above and beyond and we very much appreciate it!

We loved AC Roofing! They put new roofs on our entire condo complex- 20 buildings. They did an excellent job- the crew was amazing- worked so hard and their clean up each night was incredible!! I used AC Roofing to install my gutters and they did a great job for a fair price. About 18 months later I decided to add gutter guards to the gutters and called them back for a quote. They had the best price for the product they recommended and since gutter guards can be confusing I trusted what they install. We just had a very heavy rain and I was expecting to see some run-off, not because of anything AC roofing did but because I hear ALL gutter guards have trouble keeping up with water in heavy rain. Well there was 0 issues. The guards seemed to take away all the water and that made my trust in AC even more valid. Great company - highly recommend!!!!Service: Gutter installation
