I'll be honest, I chose Bone Dry because I have four nephews that work for this company spread throughout different divisions and I've heard great things. We had our new roof put on in the fall of 2020 and were very pleased. Fast forward to this summer when we had an inspection while we were trying to sell our house and it was discovered that there were a couple of minor issues resulting from the roof install in 2020. I called Bone Dry and they immediately got to work to remedy the problem, assuring me that they would do what they could to ensure we would not lose out on the sale of our house. Within days, they had a rep at our house assessing the situation with a plan of action. Within the month, we had a whole new roof, down to the trusses (replaced in one day). This company knows what they are doing and when a mistake was made, they made it right without hesitation! Ken came right out the next day and gave me a very professional and expert appraisal of the issues with leakage around my bay window. He took numerous photos both outside and inside, explaining what he was seeing as he went. I had a conference call with he and the owner the next morning. The evidence showed some separation from the brick wall, not a roofing issue, but their detailed evaluation and recommendations were invaluable. Five or six years ago I had Bone Dry repair a roof that was leaking. The repair person determined where the leak was, and told me what the cost would be for the repair. Because it was under $500, I did not bother getting any other estimates. We scheduled the repair for later that week. He arrived when he had said, completed the work quickly, cleaned up so you couldn’t tell anything was ever done and we never had another problem. Fast forward to September 2019. I noticed a leak in our living room ceiling and immediately called Bone Dry and two additional highly rated companies. Realizing the age of the roof, I assumed it was close to the end of it’s useful life. Although I had all three companies bid on the exact same materials and work, Zach from Bone Dry came in $200 less than the next higher quote and $2,000 less than the highest quote. Based on my prior experience, the urgency that Zach understood I was feeling and the price he presented, it was an easy choice for me to make. A few days before the job was scheduled to begin, Zach explained everything I should expect, from the delivery of the materials, to the cleanup and walk around inspection. He even sent me a text the night before with a photo of Seth, who would be the jobs supervisor. From the very beginning of the job, Seth communicated with me and kept me apprized with their progress. He texted pictures on a regular basis to the point that my questions were answered before I could ask them. The crew worked dawn til dark for three straight days and the new roof looks fabulous. After our homes and cars, the new roof is the third most expensive purchase weâ ve ever made. I feel totally confident that it will be protecting this house long after weâ re gone. And we plan to be here for many years.

I 100% recommend Bone Dry Roofing.I had 4 different companies come out to provide and estimate on a full roof replacement. The difference in companies is amazing. One company could barely explain anything to me about their product and process. Another company insisted on trying to hard sell me at the time of the estimate and almost refused to leave my house unless I agreed to sign a contract with their company. And then there was Bone Dry. Steven was very informative and prepared to give me as much information as I wanted. However, he listened to me (the customer) and saw that I was prepared and didn't need my hand held. He gave me the information quickly and allowed me to move on with my day. It was very nice meeting with him.Scheduling was very quick, we were able to get the project started in about half the time expected which was very nice. Steven even text me all the information the night before the project (which happened to be a holiday).The crew arrived early and prepared the house ensuring that my yard and property was protected from any damage. Seth, the project supervisor, was very nice and ensured to check in on me to see how everything was going. He sent text messages all day with pictures and updates so I knew exactly what was happening.At the end of the day he walked me around the house to ensure everything was up to my standards and the crew did a great job of cleaning up the property.I am very please with their service and appreciate the high quality customer service.I also want to add that the text messages were part of a group message so everyone was up to speed on the project and at the end of the day the project supervisor, production manager, and general manager all thanked me for using their company. I appreciate that level of detail and that they appreciate my business even though I never even spoke to two of them during the process. Very nice touch!

I recently had my roof replaced by Bone Dry and I couldn't be happier. They were very easy to work with, gave me a fare and competitive estimate within a few days, and were able to install my new roof about a week later. On the day of the install, the crew arrived around 7am and began to prep my property for the install, and by 2pm they were completely finished, including tearing off the old roof, replacing any bad decking, and installing all the new materials. During the tear off and install process, the crew sent pictures of each step along the way, so I could see the work, as well as any problems they came across. After they were finished, they cleaned my property, showed me what had been done, and after my approval, they left. They used all the high-quality Owens Corning products that they said they would, and even completed and filed the warranty with Owens Corning. They offer financing options, but you may get a discount for paying cash or credit card (or at least I did). Overall, the process was very quick, easy, and reasonably priced for the work and materials done. I would definitely recommend their products and their services.

Bone Dry was very thorough with their inspection and Steven was a huge help! Steven and Jim walked us through every step and kept us in the loop with everything from Bone Dry and our insurance company. They took excellent care of my house and yard while completing the roofing work. They provided continuous updates without me having to ask. They send you text messages with pictures of the progress during the work. Most importantly roof looks beautiful! There were a few hiccups during the process but they were quick to remedy the situation. I would highly recommend Bone Dry.

In the past two years bone dry roofing replaced my roof twice and still could not do it right the second time. The workmanship is shoddy. They also contract the roofing installations out to contractors who cannot speak english and who are not properly trained. The foreman had less than a year experiance in roofing. Had I known this on the first day I would have not let them reroof my house. Neither roof was installed correctly first atempt they covered over rotted and broken wood. Second atempt they tried to cover over wood not cut correctly. The wood decking is exposed to the elements it hangs over the roof past the fascia board. Dripedge was hit with a hammer and bent over corners. They had to remove large sections of new shingles cause I caught them covering up shoddy work. Management did not stop contractors from performing shoddy work. I would never use this company again for anything. I have pictures from both installations. Do not let this company anywhere near your home. They do not have any respect for you or your home. My neighbor who lives next door also complained he could not let his dog out in his yard because there was so much trash from the job site in his yard. There were nails,plastic and shingles in his yard. I found a total of 18 nails in my gravel driveway after they said they checked it. This company thinks shoddy work is ok. Update 3/6/20 more shingles are starting to peel up and so is flashing around chimney. Also back part of the house has a hump in the center where shingles are coming up. More pictures will be posted. Don't let this company anywhere near you house!!!!!!!
