Do not use! They will ignore your phone calls, lie over and over about submitting the extra claims along with your roof/siding since it’s not a money maker for them. They will not show up when you make appointments, I have had eight scheduled dates where Ethan was supposed to come out but every time he is a no show/no call or has a new excuse. And they do poor work, our siding was warped as soon as it was installed!

My entire experience with Rugh's Remodeling and Restoration was wonderful! From start to finish it was seamless and stress-free.I worked mainly with Eddie Rugh and Rhonda, but everyone involved was helpful, kind, and patient. I have a very busy schedule and all worked endlessly to be most accommodating. As far as 'roofing day' - this company has it together! They were on-site exactly when promised with machinery to take the shingles to the roof (i thought this was really cool :)). There was a quality control representative and the gentleman completing the roofing were professional and pleasant.The roof went on and looks fabulous! The clean up was impeccable - and the follow up convenient. After the roofing men are finished - they cleaned up and put back anything they had moved (for safety purposes). They scour the property with a giant magnet to ensure there are no nails/ staples in the area. The leftover material and dumpster remain for a bit that day - the dumpster (for materials/ trash) is later picked up and removed from the property, and the material removed by the QC representative - the magnet is run over the property once more - to detect any remaining metal debris. (this was very important to us because of our dog). I fully recommend Rugh's for a complete and pleasant roofing experience!

Ethan and his team at Rugh's are absolutely incredible. We reached out to them after we had noticed some storm damaged on our siding. After doing a site evaluation he noticed even more damage that we weren't aware of. From that moment on he helped guide us through the process of understanding our options as well as what are rights were. He and his team made multiple trips back to my home to help make the insurance claim, do a site walk with the Adjuster, and to help my wife and I choose the best product for our home.The crew that came and installed were polite, fast, and helpful with every question I asked. The tore down my old siding, scrapped all the material, and installed new siding in one day. Knowing I had a toddler and a dog, they also took the time to make sure they combed through my yard picking up every loose piece of material.Since they left earlier this week we have had nothing but compliments from our neighbors about the house, and how amazed they were with the speed and professionalism of the install. I would gladly refer Rugh's to anyone who needs any service they offer.Fyi to the photo attached - We haven't had the gutters and trim painted yet, but we plan on making that all white to match.

I have had my newly installed Rugh's Roof for three weeks now and I am happy to report that I have zero complaints with the installation quality. Zero leaks after several rain and wind events since installation. I worked with Jeremy to set up the install. He was very respectful during and adherent to CDC recommendations in our face-to-face meeting. He was easy to contact and responsive to questions I had during the time from inspection to install process; and he was very helpful working with my insurance company. The roof install crew was very prompt- they showed up at the exact time we were told they would be there. They did a nice job on clean up too- rolling a magnet across the yard multiple times to try and pick up and lingering nails.Rugh's uses the Owens Corning roofing systems. I had the Duration Onyx Black shingles installed (50 year rated shinle), along with a new ridge vent to replace hat vents. All new flashing was installed as well. They also assisted in installing the flashing for four new sun tunnels which I was installing in conjunction with the new roof.Overall they provided a smooth and low stress experience for what I would consider to be one of the major milestone house projects.Service: Roof installation

They didn’t show up when Insurance Adjuster came, called 20 times, left many voicemail, all ignored. Drove to office and it was closed on a weekday while google said open. It was so disappointing not having contractor when insurance inspection happened.

We had some storm damage on our roof that needed tended to. James Clevinger with Rugh's was able to come out here and inspect the roof to let us know what needed fixed. He was very thorough and helped us with the claims process. He was very professional, punctual, and made the entire process extremely painless. The Rugh's Remodeling team is awesome!! I had a good friend that used them and passed their information on to me when I needed a roof replacement and man am I glad I did. We had assistance with a claim for wind damage to our roof this fall. The shingles that were on the roof are no longer manufactured even though the house is less than 20 yrs old. Rugh's worked with our insurance company to assess the damage and to show that the roof would need replaced due to the current shingles not being available for a repair. They salesman was very helpful in working with the insurance guys and staying on top of everything getting done. He even let me know houses in our area with the shingle colors we were considering so we could see the product and not just a picture or sample. Helped us make an informed decision. The cleanup was done pretty well. It is always hard to find those last pesky missed nails... Any additional issues during the install were handled in a professional and prompt manner. The roofers were on time in the morning, and finished within 8 hours. They were polite and they completely cleaned up the yard, bushes, and back deck of any roofing materials. The young man that was my contact was very helpful and courteous. The company took care of talking to my insurance company and the job was completed very quickly from the inspection to the new roof. Rugh's was instrumental in working with my insurance adjuster to identify storm damage and to get my claim approved. They walked me through the process, and were even able to find a clear-ish day in February to get my roof installed. We recently contacts Rughs after a windstorm took shingles off our roof. Matt was quick to come out and give us an estimate. They took care of everything with our insurance company to get us a new roof. When it was time to put the new roof on the workers showed up on time and worked quickly and efficiently to get our roof done before dinner time. They cleaned up after themselves, made sure to pick up all nails and staples and left our property the way it was before they got here. This was probably the most rewarding experience I have ever had!I called Rugh's on Friday and left a message and they called me back the same day! I explained that we needed siding repaired and they promised to take a look at it on Monday. I just received a call that the work had been completed! Wow is all I can say! What a great company! This company is the best. They came and assessed the storm damage. Our roof was all messed up and the house siding had holes all over. They handled all the claims with our insurance. They gave us many roof options and siding options. They were respectful, listened to our concerns. They replaced our roof in one day only. It looks amazing. They picked up all the trash even brought a magnet to remove all nails. They came back another time to do our siding, they even upgraded us just to give us the color we wanted. The whole house was done in 2 days. They cleaned up everything, including returning firewood to its place. We are so so very happy. I wish I could add some pictures .
