I am so happy with this whole process and the final product. I was referred to Luke Tylor Travis by way of Facebook to look at my roof for some leaks.In just a few days Luke and his partner Tim Oskins from Snyders came out, found damage, and explained it to me where I could understand what steps I need to take next.They worked with me through filing a claim all the way to coming back out to explain their findings to the adjuster and my claim was approved that day. We discussed the contract in detail and my roof was finished within that week.Luke & Tim's customer service was great....I recommend Luke, Tim, & Snyders Unlimited for all of your Roofing, Siding, & Gutter needs. They were very professional, helpful, and might I say, my roof looks great.It's only been a day or two and my house may not be huge but they made me feel no less and not to mention my neighbors keeps completing me on my roof. Had Snyder's Unlimited replace my large roof (75 Square) I'm a retired contractor that specialized in roofing years ago. My home has skylights, several peaks and is very steep, it is a complicated roof. Destroy Snyder told me it would be torn off and replaced in one day. I bet against it. Thought possibly 3 days minimum! His crew was here at daybreak. Keep in mind I'm an hour and a half from Columbus. Job completed by 5pm. I watched every aspect of installation. They were flawless! It's been 3 weeks since installation and I have only found 3 nails in my yard. An unbelievable job well done and a miraculous clean up! Take it from someone who knows roofs Snyder Unlimited is the real deal. We had some pretty serious storm damage to our roof late last year. Destry came out to inspect it, and helped navigate the entire insurance claim. That process was quick and painless. Once they tore off the old roof, they ran into some unforeseen issues underneath and were very quick to get them corrected and complete the project on time. Our house looks amazing, and we're leak free!!

I reached out to Snyder’s because my in-laws had worked with them in Hilliard and were very happy. We had a very strong storm in Upper Arlington that caused damage all over our neighborhood, so I contacted the company. From the moment I heard from their representative David and roofing inspector Joe, they handled the entire process efficiently and professionally.I had an amazing experience with Snyder’s Unlimited. I was told our insurance company was typically difficult to approve roofing insurance claims, but Joe met with them on my behalf and David handled the financial aspects with insurance. David even requested additional work that our insurance didn’t initially approve like installing gutter guards and gutters on the entire house (instead of just a few originally) and was able to get it done for us! Their customer service was outstanding, going above and beyond my expectations.As for the roof work itself, the roofers were very quick (our entire roof took 3.5 hours) and were careful to clean up our yard so our young children didn’t find any nails or other roofing materials. The roof looks awesome! I am so pleased with how it came out, then when the gutters and downspouts contractor came, Alberto made sure to show us everything before we had it installed. He even did some extra work that I requested on the spot, and the quality was great along with our roof.During the process, Snyder’s was great about communicating the process and keeping me involved. They were accommodating and responsive to my questions. From the beginning to the end, Snyder’s was the perfect company for us to work with. We had a full roof replacement and gutter installation done recently. Tim and Allen along with the rest of the Snyder's team did an amazing job from day one. They were courteous, helpful and very communicative through the entire process (including inspection, insurance company discussions and installation).When a new leak sprung during a heavy storm, Allen and Tim were out the same day to tarp over the damage and make sure we stayed dry until the install was complete. The interior work to repair the minor water damage was flawless, as was the roof and gutter work. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The guys at Snyder's Unlimited are phenomenal to work with. Tim and Allen know exactly what they're doing when it comes to assessing roof damage and helping you navigate through the insurance process. I knew nothing about the process of filling a claim and working with my insurance company, but Tim helped at every step of the way and I ultimately got the new roof I deserved. Randy came to inspect my roof because a piece of flashing had come down. He found loose shingles on the house and my garage. Randy worked with my insurance and was able to get my roof replaced in a timely manner. Snyder's Unlimited had the old roof, 2 layers of old roof, down and a new roof up in 1 day! When the workers left my yard was completely clean!

Jeff and Shawn were referred to me by another satisfied customer. After checking out Snyder's online and noting a very favorable rating, I contacted the guys for a free roof analysis. They came over within a couple days and inspected my roof. They determined that my roof had incurred substantial damage, probably from the March windstorm. Next I contacted my insurance company regarding the damage and to find out their opinion of Snyder's. They had worked with Snyder's in the past and had a very high opinion of the company, stating that "they are one of the 'good guys' in the industry." I filed a claim and the insurance adjuster concurred with Jeff's and Shawn's damage assessment; and the guys took over from there -- from assisting me through the entire claim/insurance process to scheduling and overseeing the installation of the shingles. I am very pleased with the end-product and with the excellent customer service I received from Jeff and Shawn.

After wind damage to our roof this last spring we were recommended Joe Spetnagel of Snyders by a friend in my neighborhood. Joe was knowledgeable and detail oriented through the entire process and gladly worked with my insurance. He even went as far as keeping me informed of issues the day of the replacement when I was on the road working and he was also on his own personal time which is above and beyond in my book. The crew that performed the replacement were professional and fast. More repairs were needed than expected when the structure was exposed after shingle removal and it was all still done in well under a day. All extra issues were documented with pictures and sent to me. The crew also took the time to clean up all the loose nails (we maybe found two) and new shingle dust (with the exception of a little bit needing swept up perfectly normal) which you would expect but I’ve heard story after story of homeowners picking up handfuls of nails in the yard after a roof replacement. Not an issue with the crew I had at all. I haven’t had many experiences with contractors but this has been my best yet. I can’t speak highly enough of Snyder’s Unlimited and the service they provide. Buying a new roof is a huge purchase and can be overwhelming, but Jeff made it so easy and stress free for us. He communicated consistently with us and always made us feel like a priority. He helped us start our claim with the insurance company, and was back out to meet the adjuster, making it so much easier for us. Within a week, our new roof was up, and perfect. The crew that put the roof on was extremely efficient and left NO mess. Jeff was back out a couple days later to make sure everything was correct, and that we were happy with the service.
