I absolutely loved the 89 home building experience! Choosing the style and colors went super quick and smooth. Lori provided great advice but also let every decision up to me. The standard home features provide an excellent variety of choices (interior and exterior) but if you want super high quality features (like my garage door) a little price increase may prove well worth it. Not only do I love the quality of the home for the price, but the process went SMOOTH. Like basically I just said “this is what I want” and boom 3 months later I have it. The payment process was smooth. Even when I had a week in Costa Rica and couldn’t make payment in good time there was no problem! No fees or nothing! If you’re a first time home buyer, I’d recommend 89!

Les, Lori and everyone at 89 homes built us a beautiful house. I recommend to everyone considering building to go with 89 homes. Les did a great job listening to what we wanted and used his creativity to exceed what we were imagining. Lori is like having an interior designer when picking out all the colors. She really helped us match all our colors based on taste to create a house that we love coming home to.We were originally going to build with another builder and decided to go with 89 and we are so glad that we did. This is the place to go for your Forever Home. 89 Homes built my Forever Home that is so beautiful. There was so many options to pick from starting on the outside of the house, to the inside. There are many features that are offered with their homes, and they weren't an added cost. It was overwhelming to build, but everyone was so kind with helping get everything the way that fit best for me. I loved all their suggestions to help explain me all my options. This is the place to go to make your Forever Dream Home become a reality. Just go in and talk to them. Tell them what you want in a home and they will help make it happen.

We had a wonderful experience with 89 homes. We were initially in contract with another builder and broke contract due to concerns we had. We visited an 89 model home. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. Les and Lori stayed past closing hours to talk with us about our building desires. We quickly put ourselves on the dig list. Hands down the best builder around! We wanted better quality than the local commercially built home we were moving from and after meeting with many local and commercial builders none could compare with the quality and price we found with 89 Homes. We were able to fully customize our layout and build exactly what we wanted on our land. Our build was complete without delays and we knew what to expect every step of the way.People always cringe when mentioning building a new house as the industry in general has a terrible reputation for complaints, labor and material delays, and over pricing but we had none of this! The quality between the commercial build we left and our 89 built home is not even comparable. Throughout our build process we had several friends in the construction trades walk through and could not find a single flaw or complaint in the process or materials. From the minute we walked in we felt a strong connection to use 89 homes. They were professional from the start. When I had a question response time was quick. We couldn’t dind the exact home plan we wanted so the owner drew up our custom design. We originally went in two or so years ago(prior to covid) to look at building our dream home. Granted my husband and I do look young, I feel like Les did not take us seriously but Lori did. Because of that we chose not to go with them. The construction was wonderful and all the standard features were exactly what we wanted. We've been in our home built by another company for about a year and I wish we would've been given a full opportunity like others have had. But besides this I would totally recommend them.

I would like to say that doing business with 89 Homes has been a wonderful experience. We built our new home with them. Les and Lori and their entire staff have been very professional. From the first time I walked into their office they made me feel at home and treated me like family. Lori was amazing and spent a lot of time helping us pick out flooring, tile, cabinets etc. Les was very knowledgeable and helpful with the floor plans and blueprints. All of the tradesmen and carpenters were all very courteous and for a building site were relatively neat and never left the job site unsecure. I would like to give a special thank you to Rick Harpster our job site coordinator and foreman. Rick always answered my phone calls or text and always addressed any questions or concerns we had.
