Office staff was friendly, efficient and a pleasure to work with. Delivery & install was within the timeline I was told despite the crazy Ohio winter weather. The four installers were very knowledgeable, provided quality work, cleaned up daily and acted like they were working on their own homes. As you can see in photo, a few windows were challenging. Simonton windows have a great warranty to back up their amazing products. Overall we are very pleased with our purchase from Window Worx.

If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. We hired this company to replace a window since I drive past it on my way to work every day. I wanted to support the business in Johnstown, Ohio. Our first call was less-than-friendly with a female who answered the phone. I chose to look past that and paid the estimated price after a representative came to our home. We waited longer than told for the window to come in, but eventually had the new window installed. During the installation, the interior window trim and exterior framing was broken by the installer.I called and was chastised by the same female who took my original call. I texted "Tim" who apologized and said everything would be replaced. Within one week, we noticed (during a foggy morning) that there was a square outline in the middle of one of our panes. I sent a picture to "Tim" and again, he apologized and said that the owner would replace everything free of charge to us.That promise was over 6 months ago with absolutely NO resolution.Please, please, please take this review seriously and reconsider hiring this company!

The folks at Window Worx saved me thousands of dollars. They took on the replacement of a piece of tempered glass that no one else would even attempt and saved me from having to replace the whole appliance. The install looks factory and the price was very reasonable. I would 100% recommend using this location. I had a number of windows that had broken seals and rotted frames that needed to be replaced. Window Worx had the best prices and the one of the few companies willing to repair the wood frames. The quality of their work, professionalism, responsiveness was outstanding. They will be my 'go to' company for window repair!I just had these guys back out to repair several different window sills and noosing. Again, I couldn't have been happier with the results. Window Worx replaced the insulated glazing units in 3 large fixed-pane & 3 casement windows. Our windows are 40 year-old custom-made mahogany; the crew skillfully removed the mahogany stops without damaging any of them & then installed new units with low-e glazing. The new units were correctly aligned in the frames, thoroughly sealed & cleaned inside & out. The crew was courteous & the workmanship is outstanding!Service: Glass installation

I feel window worx is the best company out there for window repairs, screen repairs, or any work you need for your windows. Everyone I've dealt with at window works has been, so helpful and professional.
