Please choose someone else!! Hired company for a roof tear off and metal roof install. The crew was very unprofessional. And the job was completed way to quickly and it shows. Had a leak around the chimney and Dexter the owner came, used a hammer and pounded the metal around the chimney. Still leaks and looks horrible. It has been discovered almost of the roofing is not even fastened down. When you text or call, no response whatsoever. A lot of money wasted.

We met/hired Dexter in October to do what we were told was a 4 week job, here we sit mid February and the job isn't even half way done. We had discussed 4 rooms to be done he has 3 torn apart nothing finished including electrical that was started in November. Also broke 2 cabinets during installation. Someone would come maybe 5-6 hours a week. He dodged multiple phone calls and texts along with time he said him or someone else would be here and never showed. Finally had to find someone else to complete and unfortunately out a lot of money for unfinished work.

Contractor was hired to build an attached carport. After a year of slow progress and shoddy workmanship, I had the structure demolished and hired a new contractor who built it in two weeks. I would recommend staying clear of this company. Contractor does not honor verbal or written contract, weeks/months passed between work and I consider him to be an incompetent builder.

This place is bogus! We hired them to do our shed roof and after the guy Dexter, came and took an assessment and gave us a price, and even told them the color of shingles, and then said they will start in a couple of weeks, they never came. We got the contract online but that was it. We tried endlessly to get a hold of them and they never returned our call. Different family members and friends even tried. There was always an answering machine. They never got back. They could have at least gotten back with us and said they couldn't help. They didn't though. They are no good! Period!

Roof continues to leak....metal and a year of calling e mails texts....send pictures they said send measurements...just go f....kin fix it can't redo drywall until leak is fixed ....never again...Service: Roof installation

Have a popped nail on our roof. They said that they would send the guy over to fix it and he never came. If you want your repairs ACTUALLY done then DON'T call Puffer.Service: Roof repair
