Guys did a fantastic job!!! Communication beforehand was great! Very thorough and efficient! The before and after was an amazing difference. They cleaned up and were very conscious of the landscaping and flowers surrounding the area as well. Highly recommend.

This gentleman was able to come within a day of talking on the phone. He did a great and thorough job of cleaning the outside of my house including gutters and windows. It looks fabulous. He took good care of the flower beds. I will definitely call him again!

Got a siding wash few days earlier. Was raining so, did not follow him around while he worked. And then, waited a few days to see how it looks. Was also waiting to see if a siding fell off or something before I write a review. Sadly, nothing fell off. Except some accumulated dirt. Never had a siding wash earlier since I have owned this property. So, had this done. Some obvious grime around the kitchen exhaust is cleaned off. Some other areas that would be considered dirt or mold (I could not tell, but so said the professional who came on site), looks clean to me. Not that it looked too unclean to my untrained eye. But, I think it is a necessary maintenance. I cannot speak for the value as I do not know if it is worth what I paid. But, owner was a little flexible in negotiation - not much, but still. You can see the pictures he put up. He did put an ad in the yard. I left it there for a couple of weeks. I should have negotiated an advertisement fee. Just kidding. But he should have asked me perhaps? Nothing bad to say really. You need a house wash? In the Tri-State area around Huntington, WV? This is as good a company as any who would provide the same service. What I can say in specific support is that these are often fly-by companies that come around every season, and often not reliable, but this gentleman arrived exactly when he said he would (so very punctual) and did exactly what he said he would do. Very reliable I would say. Came with professional equipment, and had some sort of a solution in a large cannister. For those uninitiated, he will use your own home water supply. Has to. I see no way they can carry all the needed water with them. So, all good. Support local businesses. Give this a try if you need. I would use him again. And negotiate an advertisement fee next time :).

Incredible company! Very responsive, professional and thorough. Tristate House Wash completely cleaned my dad's house which was covered with dust and grime from trains that run nearby. What would've taken me an entire weekend (and probably mediocre results) they completed in a couple hours with incredible results. The house is a two story home and they had no problems reaching the top of the eves. After the cleaning, the siding and gutters looked amazing, completely freshened the house. If you are thinking about hiring someone, do not hesitate contacting Tri State House Wash. I would definitely recommend!
