I had Holroyd Construction LLC do some tree removal at my home a few years back and he did a great job. I contacted for additional tree removal last year but we couldn’t make things work with timing. I needed more trees removed this year so Adam the owner had me send him pictures and he gave me a price from the pictures. He came out a few days later to remove the trees while I was at work. Once they were done he sent me pictures and I had my wife who works from home give him his cash. A few days later while putting things into my shed I noticed that the shed had been damaged while the trees were removed. I’ve reached out to him for two weeks with no response. No I have a 3 year old shed with shattered gutter board and dislodged facia board and a crushed corner of my roof. I hired Adam and Holroyd Construction to do the job and they didn’t have to courtesy to let me know that they damaged my property. In addition to tree removal they build sheds, decks, etc so he has the ability to fix his mistake on his own but refuses to return any messages. Dishonest and disappointing. Hopefully we can get this resolved before further action is required. Shame on Adam and Holroyd Construction for not making things right.

Adam and his team did an amazing job removing my old fencing/posts and replacing them with new ones. They were very responsive, did a same day estimate and the price was extremely reasonable! They left no mess and were very efficient in their work. Would 100% recommend and hire again!

We've had them do two projects for us our roof and fence. They provide wonderful service. We've had poor service in the past but this company sure beats any of them. They give great communication, good quality, they get the job done when needed, and reasonable priced. We will definitely keep continuing to use them for future projects.

Adam and his crew did an outstanding job taking down not only our old fence but the trees that were consuming our side yard. They were very prompt and very respectful. They cleaned up my yard after they were done. They even helped start my fire pit to burn the fence. We are very impressed. We will definitely be recommending them and using them in the future.

We hired Adam to snow plow our drive way and he was amazing, never had to call to ask if he was coming, always on time always great.Billing also was great, we got our invoice straight to our email so we could pay with our debit.He just made everything great, will hire again for any job.

Adam and his crew replaced my roof and siding @ 4084 Manchester in Perry, Ohio (Lake County). Made me come see final job in a snowstorm, we went over a list to fix and he never came back. Paid job in full.He sent me a message saying he will refund my $13,200 but wants to come rip off roof and siding. I was advised by the local building department not to let this happen. Please go see house. Now my only option is to file a lawsuit because he sent me a text saying “I’m sorry. I want to make this right with you!” That was Tuesday 4/5/22 and have not heard from him since. It is now June 21 and he hasn’t tried to make things right. The cuts on the siding look like a 3 year old did them. The window trim is lopsided. The roof had to be finished by an experienced and qualified roofer.I am now working with the attorney general’s offiice. This is a true shame since my husband is a senior citizen.
