Called this company and the 1st appointment he texted saying he couldn't make it till later. We set- up another appointment for the following week also texting asking if he would make it! Sat at property for 45mins and he never showed up, didn't even get a call or text.. Very poor business.

Had this company through James Riggenbach do a great job for tuckpointing exterior chimney and repairing an internal wall that was buckling due to house shifting. No problems with communication during this time. Third project was a rubber roof, which took them weeks after being paid to deliver, and another week to complete. They did not seal the corners by the brick of the house or in the doorway well, essentially making the same problem of leaking as the previous rubber roof that had a hole in it. I asked James back several times after the job was completed to have him review their work, but he did not come by. The job was completed late fall and no rain started until the storm several weeks ago, when leaking resumed. I have tried to contact Apex and James for 3 weeks to have someone come look at the unfinished job; when I do get a hold of someone, they say they'll be out to see it and then never come. I have requested a partial refund so I can get the roof fixed by another contractor since Apex seems to not want to see it or fix it. Will update on if they settle or if I have to put in a claim against them.

We recently had James Riggenbach and his crew put a walk in shower in a bedroom that never had plumbing. Him and his crew did the shower, the plumbing for it and put in a ....new exhaust, new vent and new flooring in this room. We also had them put new flooring in the kitchen. James and his crew were professional, friendly and stayed on task.They were here when they said and cleaned up each day. I would highly recommend them if you are looking to do some home improvements. We will use them again for future projects

Contacted James to level and set up a pool for us and they had us set up and ready to go in about a week. Really appreciate the hard work through the heat and storms/power outages here recently in Mansfield.
