I don’t even know where to start. Chris Fogle and his whole crew are absolutely wonderful. I called Epic after my house fire. They were quick to come up and assess the damage and get a plan to move forward. Dave and his mitigation crew came in a day after we met and did absolutely wonderful everybody that was in and out on the job site was respectful and and hard-working. They ended up having to gut my house because of smoke and water damage. Then I stuck with Epic to do my rebuild as well since I was very pleased with the customer service and quality of work. Adam on the construction side was wonderful. He’s very understanding and will do anything you ask to make your house is how you wanted it. The two subcontractors they used were Allen and Ron and I could not have gotten any better quality work from them. They were hard-working had attention to detail and great craftsmanship. Throughout this whole process Chris Fogle Has made it easy simple and has explained absolutely everything to the best of his knowledge. He has definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. He is probably one of the best business owners I have ever dealt with. There were a few frustrating times throughout the process, but Chris stuck to his word. and made sure everything was resolved and fixed. Everyone that worked on the house treated it as there own. Very trustworthy, responsible, and reliable company. I will recommend them to Absolute everybody who may need them in time of a disaster.

Epic Restoration did an excellent job of evaluating our situation, going immediate and appropriate remediation.They then developed a comprehensive and timely quotation. Every time I asked a question if clarification I was pleased that their answer exceeded my expectation. Epic kept every scheduled appointment and did timely and exception high quality work. The company gave us a feeling a trust at all times. We were completely satisfied with the project and highly recommend them.

We had a incident of soot through our home. First impression was I called in the morning when they opened and Chris was there around noon to do a estimate. The cleaning crew especially Charlie and Red were absolutely great and so respectful. Dave the project manager drove over a hour to address a concern for us and checked in with us until it was taken care of. I recommend this company 150%. I have already discussed that this spring we will be in touch about some other work they said they could do. Very professional company.

Epic completed mitigation work when my home flooded in April of 2023. They were professional and knowledgeable in their work. The crew was friendly and the work was completed quickly. Had a water pipe burst Dec 2022 which destroyed 2 bathrooms. Insurance company recommended Epic and they were able to come out quickly and got everything cleaned up so we could get to work rebuilding. The water had also gotten on our bedroom and hallway wood floors but they were able to get them dried out without them warping at all! Very impressed. Thank you Epic!

Epic came out immediately after our bathroom leak. Got a quote quickly and then everything else was easy. They ordered the materials and completed the work in a reasonable time frame. The gentleman (John) doing the work was hardworking, professional, and knowledgeable. Everyone at Epic -- from the estimator to the project manager to the laborer-- were wonderful and very easy to work with. It's comforting to know that Epic is there if we ever another house catastrophe (although I hope not)!

This is the second time Epic responded to an emergency call for us. Several months ago they performed mitigation and repair due to a water leak. Today, they responded to a fallen tree on our roof. The damage was quickly evaluated and the roof was patched and tarped to prevent further damage from expected rain. I highly recommend Epic. Quality and professionalism are first rate.
