We had Blake come out and check our furnace. He was very quick to find a CO leak and explained the entire concern to us. Blake personally took care of expediting the process because of our little ones going without heat. He showed concern and care and took care of the replacement within two days. Blake was very professional, relational, and immensely knowledgeable in HVAC systems. One can easily tell that they are a family owned local business which was refreshing. Great company to work with. Called for an a/c outage and they quickly diagnosed the issue and got the system up and running. My system is ~20 years old so they gave me several options, and made a recommendation that made sense and was very economical. Follow up installation was a breeze and I will call them exclusively in the future.

We originally called ellers out at the start of the summer when our A/C wouldn't work. Nick came out later that day to take a look and found that our compressor had locked up and said we would need a new unit and gave us a quote that day for it. He showed me how he came to his conclusion and explained in detail how and why that happens. (i like to know the technical issues with things not just that they are broke and need replaced). After calling around to other places in town and a few places in Columbus to come out and give us a estimate for a few different system options Nick was the only one that gave us a estimate for more then the bare minimum units. Even when i asked the other companies to give me a few options NOT A SINGLE ONE except Ellers gave me options.After deciding to pull the trigger with Ellers we got a install date after signing paperwork. Then the bad news hit and the system we decided to go with got put onto backorder with no ETA. So Nick offered to install a loaner unit to get us through until our unit came which really took us by surprise, never even realized that was a thing!Fast forward about 3 months and nick and crew came out to install our unit. Took them 2 days to finish install (we had a duct cleaning also). Nick was out at our house until 8pm making sure that it was all completed on the second day of install. Had a minor hiccup with our thermostat but a quick call to the office and nick called me within the hour to come out to the house and get things sorted.Long story short if your looking for someone to give you a honest assessment of your home HVAC system and not just automatically condemn your unit because it is 20+ years old Nick over at Ellers is your guy. A++ Service from this team! Nick came out and had my new Hot Water heater installed and was out the door in less than 2 hours! Took his time to explain how to flush the water heater and make sure hot water was flowing to the sinks. Plus, they were WAY cheaper on price than others I contacted. Thank you so much!!

Even tho it was the first heat wave of the year, they were not only able to get stop by the same day I called, but were able to make a parts run and repaired my AC, on that same day!!! Nick & his team are amazing!!! He came in & listened to my nightmare of a mess from the original company & their install of vents duct work, AC, high efficiency furnace & wiring. System is 6 yrs old & I have had nothing but problems. I was referred to Ellers & it was the best decision ever to call them!!! Nick explained step by step & is helping me get this mess all fixed. Honest, fair, & very reasonable rates. I'm feeling comfortable for the 1st time since the whole install from the beginning!!! Shout out to Eller & Sons Heating and Cooling and their techs Nick and Blake. Nick came out a couple weeks ago to give an estimate on replacing our 15 year old furnace and AC system . While he was here, I explained that the A-coil had been leaking and we've been getting by the past couple years by having the system recharged. He quoted us for a couple different options on replacing the entire unit and also suggested giving us a quote on replacing just the A-coil to save us some money. He didn't try to pressure us into a new system when we called to setup the appointment to replace the A-coil.Blake called today letting us know he was done with his other job early and asked if he could be here earlier than expected. That was fine. He was very thorough in explaining the process and all involved. During his time here, he kept us updated on where he was in the process and answered all questions we had. He also went above and beyond doing a few extra things he didn't have to do to make sure our unit performed at peak efficiency. I mentioned purchasing a Nest thermostat and asked if it was compatible. He said it was, but he also gave me his honest opinion on it and gave a recommendation on a different brand and why he personally liked it better. He didn't try to sell one, but just gave me information on it for me to research.Overall, we are very pleased with the service and everyone we had communication with. We definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of HVAC work. They've been in business for 30 years and are local. Their pricing was fair and actually lower than quotes we received from other companies.Service: HVAC system repair

Ellers replaced my home boiler heating system when the old one finally went out. They got me pricing for the new one promptly and were out right away (very appreciated, since the house was getting very cold without heat!). They saved me money by installing a tankless system instead of the same old type, and I'm looking forward to saving on my propane bill, too. Nick, Blake, and Kyle were very friendly and professional. I had another company come out 3 times to work on my AC/heatpump, did work that was unnecessary and didn't fix the problem. When they finally found the issue, they said we'd be better off replacing the unit.Eller's came out, inspected everything thoroughly, fixed it on the spot in less then 2 hours. He walked me through what they'd found and the work they did and why.I will echo other's concerns about being hard to get a hold of them, but that's the case with most of the company's around here unfortunately. Eller's has my business.

This is how an HVAC company should perform. Extremely friendly, worked with our schedule and came the next day, fixed the issue in no time and it was at a great price. Even took us around our new home and explained our system to us!! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because they don't take discover card... So if we have major repairs in the future we'll have to use someone else that does unfortunately.

Memorial Day Weekend our AC quit working. 😞... We called Eller's phone number and he not only answered the phone, but told us he would be available within the hour... On a holiday weekend!! 😁😁😁He listened to what we had to say about the issue and got the machine running and blowing cold air again that very day!!! They had the parts our unit needed in stock and ready to go, thank goodness. We will never call another company...

We've called these guys three times in the last 2 years. (All three times were an emergency) They came out promptly and fixed the complicated problems in a timely manner. Won't return phone calls, does not perform work in a timely manner. Appears to have no organization because he never knew what property I was calling about based on name or address and did not know if parts were prepaid or not.Update: Things keep getting better with this guy. I found out the landlord paid for repairs almost a year ago and work has not been completed. Additionally, so many parts were removed from the AC unit that a second company couldn't even repair it. They said they had no idea what this guy was doing. So the bill went from $1,300 estimated repair to $6,000 for a new unit.Stay far away from this place.

Always a great experience at waffle house. Whether you go there drunk or you go there sober.... waffle house will fix you up! Cant ever leave without a to go Cup of coffee and a slice of their pecan pie! I highly recommend the Texas style bacon burger with a couple packets of waffle house sauce on it! Absolutely the best!
