AWESOME EXPERIENCE! Scot and his crew are great at what they do! Scot is the ultimate professional. He scheduled the free estimate, was there on time and even called ahead to make sure we were ready for him. When Scot arrived he told us what we could expect from the call and asked if we had questions, which my wife had many. He was patient and answered all of our questions. Once completed with the evaluation of our very old roof, he gave us options. We chose Scot and his crew to complete the work. We couldn't be happier. The crew did a total tear off, fixed some decking, and laid all new shingles in 2 days time. The end result was outstanding. He is not your typical roofer! Got a roof that needs repair or replaced, CALL SCOT!

Had Scot over to do some repair work on and clean out the box gutters my Mom's 100+ year old home. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Not only did he repair what we called about but he also repaired some other minor issues that were harder to see. He did a roof inspection as well and found everything was fine. I started getting leaking in my house from an old roof. I received several quotes this spring. Jake from GR provided the most competitive quote. He was able to answer all of my questions immediately. He estimated it may take 6 weeks to get to my job based on the weather and other factors. They ended up completing the job about 3 weeks before their estimated date. The job was completed in about a single day, with finishing touches done two days after that. Jake was immediately responsive to any questions or concerns I had. His crew did an overall good job of cleaning up. I would definitely recommend Great Roofing. Most important, I feel that the company was honest and did not try to up sell me at any point.

I had some noticeable damage to my roof from years of wind. I reached out to Great Roofing and Restoration and they were extremely responsive. Kourtni was able to come out right away and do an inspection, she was extremely thorough. She looked at the shingles, the siding, the facia, and even went into the attic to make sure that she knew what she was dealing with. They were able to come out the next day and get everything fixed up good as new! They were very professional, responsive, reasonably priced, and pleasant to work with. Scot is AWESOME! We thought we needed an entire new roof. He came out, got on the roof himself and took his time inspecting everything. We did not need a new roof and instead of ripping us off or having us turn in a claim to insurance, he was honest and told us all we needed was a new ridge vent and a few shingles.. Completely fixed and didn't break the bank. Highly recommend using Scot and Great Roof for anything roofing or siding related!

So I invested a few hours attempting to get roofers to show up to evaluate and provide pricing. After being stood up by a few providers I had to not only quit scheduling to be on site, but I added a second property that also had needs to sweeting the deal.Scot confirmed his appointment, evaluated both properties very well, and didn't make me feel bad when I had some questions. I'm an unsure if his voicemail is full like all the other tradesmen because he always took my call!Work was completed on schedule and to our standards. Spoke with Scott and meet for initial inspection. He said it would qualify for wind damage and suggested I submit a claim. I had the insurance policy for 10 years and had never filed a claim. He was very friendly and helpful but when I asked for a price multiple times he didn’t wanted to give a price until after finding out what insurance said. I setup to meet the insurance inspector and I scot came. It Turned out the insurance broker had wrote me a bad policy and I was probably going to have to get a lawyer cause the insurance company said the policy the broker wrote was not what I was told it was. But after finding this out Scot would not return my calls or emails for anything including a price request.Service: Roof installation

I am a self employed handyman and I have had Scot from Great Roofing and Restoration come out to several of the job sites to get some of my customers estimates for repairs. He is always thorough on his inspections and is very clear about any issues he sees and what some of the possibilities are that may lie underneath that can not be seen. I have seen them work on several different job sites. Very careful about how they do their work and very clean jobsite He keeps the customers informed as issues arise much the same as i do and would expect as a customer of his. This group is thorough and very competitive in their pricing. Big thing is they show up when they tell you they will and stay until it is done! Can't say enough about them.

I contacted great roofing for a repair on a small flat roof for a new house I was purchasing. This was during the peak of summer and COVID craziness so I know the timeframe would be a stretch but they were able to come out and get me quote relatively quickly and while it was more expensive than what I had seen from others they outlined a good amount of work to be done and I felt confident the work would be done the right way.It was late April when I paid the deposit and was told they would be in touch for when they could start work on repairs. I was told they were 5 weeks out and that week of June 7th they could start shortly after we closed.On June 9th I reach out as we hadnt heard any update. At that time I am told that they are a week and half out and should start week of June 21st.On June 18th(Friday) they reach out and say they should be out to our house mid-next week. On June 24th(Thursday) we reach out as we hadnt seen or head from anyone and get no response.They finally get out to start work on the 29th - now I will admit there was rain/weather during this time and the pushing of start date wasnt a big deal but really just the lack of communication.The crew does show up and we explicitly mentioned we had new carpet installed and for them to use drop cloths and day 1 I come home to find large black boot marks all over our new carpet. They did bring a carpet cleaning machine and remove the boot marks.Fast forward and it is 12/24 and I am finally closing this out. The work done seems to be up to snuff but the communication and timeline leaves things to be desired. I will admit that my schedule played into the delay as I was on my honeymoon when they reached out to do final touch ups (Nov 15th roughly).Service: Roof repair
