We recently worked with All Dry and had such a positive experience. Riley was very helpful and their crew did a great job cleaning up the mold in our basement. They were also able to inspect and patch the walls where they noticed leaks which caused the moisture and mold in order to prevent any future problems. I would recommend them to anyone!

My 4 year old son was having a lot of respiratory issues and we discovered they were caused by mold in our basement. I called around and the first place that actually answered and took time to answer questions and explain the process was All Dry. They had a crew out the same day to do an estimate. The guys were very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt comfortable with them in my home. The following day they were out to start the job. I had a lot of questions which were all answered thoroughly and with patience. They worked fast, quietly, and did not leave a mess. What a relief to have the problem mold removed so quickly! It was important to them that the job was done right. I would definitely recommend this company.

Great guys. good personality and respectful. A little impatient with a stuck lighting fixture, started hitting it with hammer. Now it's stuck and damaged. Also the work was completed. But fridge, counter, floor or stove was not covered. Dust and grit and debris throughout half of demoed kitchen & bathroom. And no one cleaned it up and didn't come prepared to clean up upon request. ...3.5 stars.Thanks!

After having almost everything in my basement wet and wreaked. And the insurance company no help at all, I googled names of companies and thank goodness All Dry came up first. Erik returned my call right away and sent out his crew that day. He was great and the 4 gentlemen that ended up at my home were kind and professional and worked hard for hours getting the mess cleaned up and the equipment needed to dry out the basement set up. I would rate this company a zero if I could. Do not use All Dry . They will rip you off and charge egregious fees.Yes they did come out late at night for an emergency call-They removed water and left dryers . They removed some contents but left soaking wet items. They will take advantage of your situation and wanted to charge me $8,000.00 just to remove flooring that I ended up doing myself. I told them to terminate the job after an agreed amount at the end of the day, they invoiced me triple what they quoted me .2 other companies I had look at it said they would only have charged 3,000.00 for the same work . I had a second flood and was charged $ 2500 for the same exact job.That’s how I know.I received an invoice for $9,000.00 for all dry.I did not agree to that and it is a lie to say that I did. Would anyone agree to 9K without even talking to your insurancecompany? No way.I’m sure they will respond with some answer to this but I’m telling you Stay Away! The All Dry team was a life saver to us. The storm hit hard on Thursday night, a tree scattered a skylight opening the roof to a nonstop funnel rain. All Dry of Cleveland was called and responded immediately it was 9:00pm. They truly helped make this horrible situation easier to get through. Completely, ludicrously over priced. Tried to scam my girlfriend and I as we are new home owners. Quoted me $15,500 for mold remediation, without rebuilding what they tear out. There was only a little bit of mold near each air conditioning diffuser (vent) on and behind the dry wall. I can rip drywall and insulation out myself... Appalling price, they should be ashamed. I was quoted by 2 other mold remediation companies and they were all about 3.5 - 5 times less than all dry. The 2 techs that came out were very helpful and realistic. Rylie's quote was absolutely ridiculous. Seeing this company has only been around for 1 year, they won't be around much longer with that level of con artistry. If you went with all dry for a quote, and only all dry instead of shopping around, I truly feel bad for you. 15,500 for a 1800 sq ft house... I had another company treat a house I cleaned out in painsville (that was full to the brim of stuff, and moldy inside everywhere from a roof leak for multiple years) for less than 20,000. That house belonged on the show hoarders and it was completely taken care of for 20k, and it was 2800 sq ft. There was mold spores the size of golf balls inside of that house... My house was completely empty, and there wasn't as much mold as rylie quoted. I can't stress my disgust with the business practices they are trying to push enough... I've never been so blatantly (attempted) scammed in my life. Get a few other quotes, your wallet will thank you.

The minute Erick and his team showed up I knew I would be in great hands,Let me start by saying that we are energy people and we felt that he would be the best fit for our home! This came after 5 phone calls and several conversations with other water restoration Companies..They arrived at our house with a professional approach and a caring heart and concern..Not an easy task when your home was literally in pieces due to sewage through out you basement and your home feels like the last place you want to be……..Due to the smell of course!My conversation with Erick was swift and to the point , Thea guys came in here and took care of business as if they were family..
