I would highly recommend Lake Erie Roofing to EVERYONE that reads this and or would personally ask me who performed this project for us. The owner Jeffrey called me immediately after I requested information from this page. He was courteous, professional and informative regarding my options with the tear off of my old shingles and installing the new ones. Jeff worked around my schedule for our original appointment ( I work out of town ), followed up the same day with my quote as well.I received at least 5 or 6 bids from other local contractors and found Lake Erie Roof to be competitive and the most attractive quote.After agreeing to the contract materials were ordered immediately, delivered on time and Lake Roofing arrived early the day agreed upon to begin. The worked was performed in the time frame I was promised, the craftsmanship was excellent and we was more then pleased with all aspects of the job, Lake Erie Roofing and the crew.As a footnote, the guys were very courteous to my wife, they would insure the drive way was clear of vehicles so she could leave for work and come home without being blocked in as well as insuring no materials and or nails were in the driveway.Once everything was completed they cleanup up after themselves and you would never know they were here except when you look at my new roof!!! Very expensive, had a new roof done. Shabby work, crew in a big hurry to get done in one day .Sheeting over hangs roof so big gaps between roof and flashing. Very poor flashing job. Would not reccomend this company. Lateral valley was not replaced.Service: Roof installation

Made the appointment with us, but never showed up, rescheduled, or called to cancel---any of which would have been fine with us. I don't expect every company to be excited about repairing a tiny leak. Granted, we do have a good bit more work, but knowing the contractor cares about the little stuff is what moves us to hire them permanently for all the rest of the the larger stuff. I'm sorry, Lake Erie Roofing, this is kind of rude of you.

Just had a tune up on my roof and the service was excellent. Greeted on time, assessment of the condition of my roof was quoted with a time frame of how much time I had left on my roof.The gentlemen were quite professional, courteous and neat. Lake Erie Roofing who blames a storm for our roof issues. Snow, ice, water and wind has been getting underneath different sections of the rubber roof that were improperly installed and sealed. The whole temporary repair the employee did is now failing as well. All sections of the roof they worked on are no longer secured to the roof. Most of the rubber membrane has become unattached. The rubber membrane has not been installed, glued down or sealed properly which seems to be the cause of leaking, expansive ballooning and trampolining. This issue was never fully addressed by the temporary repair and continues to be a problem. One example of our roof issues is when they sent a roofing employee to inspect and temporarily repair the roof. This employee was able to put his finger between the rubber membrane and the wood of the roof at the opening of an unprotected downspout. Another example is that a downspout insert was installed to only two downspouts out of 4. That alone has left two downspouts with the ability to allow snow, ice, water and wind to get underneath the rubber membrane and cause damage to our roof and building, as well as, the ballooning and trampolining. Another example is that the rubber membrane underneath the metal eve that this company installed, also became unattached creating at least one found large gap which is an open funnel to the elements. All seams in the mobile membrane areas are being compromised due to this ballooning and trampolining. The problems we now have with our roof originated and continues due to Lake Erie Roofing and not a storm. We have video and picture proof of our roofs condition including the examples mentioned above if needed.Service: Roof repair

I had my roof done and 21/2 years laters I had the same water leak in my kitchen that I originally hired LE Roofers to do. I have tried to call them on numerous occasions and they have not returned any of my calls. And now the voice mail is full and unable to receive new messages. Buyer beware!!! Using them is a waste of money if you have to repay someone else to redo what they’ve neglected to do properly.

Too little too late with regards to you NOW wanting to discuss the issues I have with Lake Erie Roofing, maybe if you had been a man of your word this review might have been a whole lot different. Not interested in your false concerns.not in your database, just another example of poor service by your company. Rule #1 know your customers, Rule #2 treat them like you want to be treated.Would never use Lake Erie Roofing again or refer them to even an enemy. Jeff is not a man of his word, so I would suggest you move on to another company if you are considering them and save yourself the headache.

Jeff and all the crew were attentive to all our needs. I am totally satisfied with our new roof and the lot was clean afterwards. We will recommend Lake Erie roofing to everyone. I'm sure that all the services they offer will be outstanding.

Hmmm.. Busy Saturday. Had a app on Sat 5th. for a gutter cleaning between 12-2pm. No show, no call to explain they weren't coming. Called today, the 6th & left a message, got a return call & was told that they did call us (never called, home all day) & was told "I" didn't call them to tell them they never came, must be my job to remind, I guess. Also accused of leaving a bad review, which is probable the other no show review below, so since I was accused, I may as well leave one. Very unprofessional way to handle your customers, If you have a problem, just call & explain, other than blaming you customer. Would not recommend, If you can't handle a gutter cleaning job, id never trust for roofing repair.
