We had a roof leak, on the verge of bad damage and Nate came to check it out the very next day. He temporarily sealed it for us, until we get the initial repair, and Nate went so far beyond to help! The roof and roofing crew were wonderful. Nate & Bryce were very professional & great to work with and finished roof earlier than planned.The gutters are okay. It was different crew, were not very friendly and it would have been nice if they cleaned up the debris from the old gutters. They left dirt and debris on my patio and there is gunk below the new gutters which looks awful & gross. They left and never said goodbye or anything. I highly recommend for roofing.

I called MK Roofing and they came to my house the very next day. A wind storm blew off shingles, Nate came to give me an estimate and fixed my roof same day. They were fast and efficient. Called MK Roofing to fix a leaking roof. Salesman Nate was great and assured us they could do the work. Workers came out 3 weeks after the estimate. The roof still leaked after they tried to fix it. Called MK and Micah said he can’t guarantee the work, but agreed to come out and try again. The roof still leaks into my bedroom. :( I’m not confident at all that he or his workers know how to fix a leaking shingled roof. At this time, I would not recommend them for roofing work. If a roofing company can’t fix a leaking roof, I’m not sure who can. If anything changes, I will update my review. They did a good job on the soffit work and window flashing that we needed done and I really do appreciate that.

Great crew: Professional and friendly. I noticed one thing: I had a table sitting on the deck beside the wall of our house.They moved the table to the other side of the deck to protect the table before they started the work.They keep everything clean and tidy after the work was done.Also they kept communicating with us: let us know the schedule.I have something to say about their work, they always responded quickly.

We are very pleased with the replacement of our roof. The crew of 6 were helpful, professional, respectful of our yard, and the final product looks better than the original roof. The clean up was immaculate. One would never know that this roof was recently replaced. If you are interviewing other companies it will be a mistake if you don't chose MK roofing. A well managed professional company.

From my first conversation with Micah, I knew that his team would do a professional, complete, and thorough job, and the quoted price was much more than fair! (Thank you, Micah!!) Working on what was sometimes a daily basis with Sales Mgr., Nate, was an absolute pleasure, as I had several ceiling leaks from my brittle, disintegrating roof shingles! He and Seth came and checked it all out, which was very reassuring! They were able to move my job up on the schedule by close to two months during an unusual rainy period which was extremely helpful! It was a great feeling to put away my pails and towels from all the leaks! Thanks to Jorge and his team for a job done efficiently in one day, including cleanup! Everyone I talked to was polite and helpful, as this was a big decision for me to make! I am very relieved and happy that I decided to get this done with MK Roofing!

Not only did MK roofing do an excellent job on my house & barn roof, but they also did a suburb job with communication with my insurance company! Hat's off to Eric Detweiler, for handling the estimates & communication with the insurance company, Kael Byler for his communication on scheduling & material handling and finally the great crew that did the work!! On a final note, I did have 3 other roofing companies out and none of them compared to MK Roofing's pricing & ability to work with my insurance company. They truly stood out from all the rest!You will not go wrong choosing MK Roofing!

This was the first time I needed a roof replacement. These guys are amazing! Came out to meet with my insurance adjuster, went over the details of the claim with us and showed the utmost professionalism! Our experience with MK Roofing has been very positive. The whole company seems to have a “we want to get it right” attitude. Eric came out and provided very detailed estimates. He is very knowledgeable about the processes and was very honest about MK’s capabilities. Personally, I felt confident we were with the right company, and we very much trusted Eric’s recommendations. We contracted with MK for new shingle Roof (Desert Rose), Siding (Charcoal Smoke) & Gutters (White)/leaf guard. Kael the production manager always kept us in the loop about scheduling, not a real easy job when the weather is unpredictable. Kael was also very responsive supporting whichever crew was here, running out more supplies if needed. Jorge and his crew worked continuously on the roof, the weather that day was questionable, we weren’t sure if the rain was going hold off or not. You just didn’t see people standing around looking at their phones, they just worked. Jorge would always come get me if he had a question. The whole job was done in one day. Conrad and his crew installed the siding, again each person seemed to know their job. There were some challenging parts to the siding, where some companies might have just “rigged” something together, but Conrad took the time had pieces made at the shop and installed them the next day. Again, if there was a question during the process, he would come and get me. While the siding was being installed, someone from the office called (I can’t remember her name) to verify the color for gutters, I was very appreciative, they could have sent out the wrong color, but ”they just want to get it right”. John installed the gutters very clean look. One spot, gutters were installed differently than original. We questioned this, not sure how this will work. To John’s credit, he did not want to alter the integrity of the new roof. The owner (Micha) called me shortly after John left and offered a couple of options at no additional cost (we want to get it right). In the end we agreed to hold off on any alteration until we see how it works.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

Never had the opportunity to meet in person. The contact was because a relative had the MK roofing out to put a new metal roof on their four seasons room. The estimate was made on what I considered to be short notice on my part. I believe that Eric came out to the job site took his measurements and within a few day I received the estimate which I accepted. I was told that the job would begin at the end of June and the job started and finished the same day. I am extremely happy with the job along with the site clean up. No materials were left behind. We had them install their metal roofing. The team of Adam and Kael were personable, professional, and did a great job. MK Roofing price was reasonable. Metal roofing warranty is 40 years and the roof is lighter in weight than shingles. Leaving the shingles on gives us more insulation also. The team got the job done in two days and cleaned up everything ! Roof looks great. Also the Rep that came out to do the quote was thorough and professional also. He even caulked around our chimney where it was needed until they could get out to put the new roof on. Four of our neighbors are impressed.Service: Roof installation
