Terrible place to load shingles for truck drivers. Employees who load don’t want to load certain loads if they are split or difficult to load. Because of this drivers run late on deliveries and lose money! Brokers and this company don’t care! Employees don’t care bc they are protected by unions! Drivers get paid by the load and have been known to sit for up to three plus hours past their appointment time bc those employees who load don’t want to do their job!!! When is the company going to wake up and realize that their forklift workers are worthless and NEED to be replaced! They are giving this place a bad reputation! This giving high stars are the drivers who load there on a daily basis! Says nothing about the company!

People are nice, they're very flexible when your previous unload makes you 2+ hours late for your scheduled appointment. They jam trucks in and out like a well oiled machine. All in all not a bad place to load!

I got here at a few minutes after 7, got on scale, pulled into glass mat dock (right in front) chocked tires, and within a minute of walking back to the truck light turned red and receiver came out signed my paper went back in and started unloading. Super fast, super professional, wish there was a sixth star.

Not a bad place to pick up. Plenty of room to strap down. Very organized place. Pretty simple in and out but can take a while if they’re busy.

Every one is nice from the girls at the scale to check in, the loaders and the girls at the check out scale.They are fast curtis and friendly and they are doing there best to get us in and out quickly.It my take 2-3hrs in lines sometimes depend on the number of trucks.Overall I like this place.

Pam the fork lift operator is the best employee at CertainTeed.She is always bubbly and professional. Always efficient and eager to help the driver. She is the best night shift operator.

The woman at the front shack was very rude and unprofessional, far from a good first impression. The woman over the speaker on the scale was much more friendly. Long wait for trucks. You pull around to circle the factory in a waiting line to get loaded. Typical safety requirements, don't leave your truck, high visibility vest if you are out of your truck for any reason, no tobacco, etc.

One star because I cant give zero. What a poorly run facility. Always delayed. Trucks lined up out the facility with a mere 4 forklifts operating. No respect for drivers. Come here at your own risk.....you've been warned of their incompetency.

Great communication , very helpful , they would answer any question, very helpful security Guard at the front , came at 930 pm to get unloaded , they will let you over parking your truck. After i called them , 30 min to get unloaded , over all the best place. Thank you all

Very poor all around. Woman at front entry scale was very nice and welcoming but the rest, just horrible. Very slow loading trucks and the woman in the front building at checkout needs her attitude checked. Bad attitude and quite rude and shouldn't be employed here. Gives this company a bad name.

Nice people. Easy loading process,except they loaded my dry box like a spread axle flat. Swing wide kid, it's ever bit of 53 with the tandems in the last hole

I've been bringing glass mat here for two years not every so often and I have never had a problem. Day shift you can expect to be unloaded in under a hour and night shift you can usually expect even less of a wait to be unloaded. I can't comment on flatbeds but for vans this place is about as good as you can expect out here.

These guys are always great here fast loading super nice, except for the troll in the booth out front. Asks why I'm being rude when she was plane ignorant with me right off the bat, then says she's going to report me and get me banned for being rude. Not cool.. Also not the first time.

Lady @scale is very nice but lady at checkout booth is not good at all, some times wait time for trucks to be loaded is bit more because of too many trucks come here.
