I was excited to be offered a position....until I was lead on for a Whole Month. First waiting week I called and they said they were waiting on background checks. Called the second week, same story. Third week, again same story! Last conversation I had I was told someone else had my file with no answer of what was going on. Then I was totally ghosted. No one answered their extensions or responded to my voicemails. (Calling multiple times, multiple days)My savings is gone, I have no answers and I have to start my search all over again. Extremely disappointed.

As long as you don't go to the Defiance Ohio. Plant you're good they should fire the lot of them and start over, laziest bunch of people I have seen in a long time. I complained about their safety equipment. And was told well nobody else said anything about it, well I amI will never pick up from here ever again. They will send you on a wild goose chase to another plant just so that shift doesn't have to load you.

They are hiring and need people but won't call you, or when u call they say we will call you cracks me up.. poorly operated HR is a joke when you're polite they're rude as hell I am over this place haven't even started not a good look
