We used them to replace all our aluminum siding with vinyl siding. Chuck was very responsive to calls and followed up on the job. The gentleman doing the work, I didn't catch their name, were professional and polite. They arrived on time every day and put in a hard day's work each day. The last day they stayed over by 3 hours to finish the project since we had other things starting. Everything looks great and they did an excellent job.Service: Home renovations

Olde Towne replaced an old bay window with a larger and beautiful double hung side by side window. I would HIGHLY recommend their services. The owner listened to my ideas and explained his recommendations for my project. The project was reasonably priced, on time, neatly done and exceeded my expectations. I am so thankful for the professional installment and insulation in my new window. Like someone else posted if I could give less than 1 star I would. I never leave reviews but this business took our money as a deposit for windows last year and now will not return calls. When they did return a call they were completely clueless about my order. They said they would call me back and I have not heard from them again. I post this with the hope that no one else will use them and have this awful experience. If you need windows or any service, find someone else this place is terrible.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I've been calling them for almost a month and have not been able to get a hold of anybody. There answering machine says they check messages frequently which is obviously b.s. b/c I've left multiple messages the past 2 or 3 weeks and have not gotten a call back. They have terrible customer service. I got 4 windows installed by them with the intention of getting the rest of my windows replaced next year, I will definately be calling somebody differently. They offer a warranty but I have no clue how people are supposed to get a hold of them if something is actually wrong with the window and it needs to be replaced or fixed immediately.

We had a window installed and there is a stress fracture. We have called and emailed them numerous times and they will not return our phone call. Terrible customer service. We stayed local because we thought they would stand behind their product and they do not!

I have tried to get a hold of them to replace a window and they never called me back. I left several messages.I even stopped by and talked to a contractor and gave my name and number to have them call me. Never did...
