This is the most professional company I have worked with in years. A tree fell on our home, and damaged both our roof and siding. I called a different roofing company (before I found HTC) and they patched the hole in our roof, but had no experience working with home insurance companies. The patchwork failed, so I did some more research and called HTC. A man named Jason came and provided an estimate for everything, and was downright wonderful to work with. He is very professional, and incredibly responsive. He promised my husband and I a new roof and siding. My insurance company had wanted to settle for a small four-figure sum. From there, Jason handled everything regarding my insurance, and kept us informed about everything. HTC crews did a fantastic job on both our roof and our siding! They even cleaned up everything when they were finished working. What a blessing this company has been. THANK YOU HTC!

Our roof needed to be completely replaced. It was the original roof from 1991. Heath and his crew did an amazing job communicating throughout the entire process and we couldn’t be happier with the way it looks. We have a skylight in our bathroom that also had to be replaced. Heath was able to get it properly fitted (as the size was no long standard) and made sure we were happy with the results. My only negative is that the people he hired to complete the replacement of the molding inside our bathroom never finished the job and our interior view looks incomplete. I would recommend HTC Roofing.

Second time using HTC and they did a great job again. They replaced very old roofs on a garage and a shed; and had to rebuild the some of the structure to support it. Clean-up wasn't perfect, but they came back the next day and took care of it.

We recently used HTC for new vinyl siding, gutters and to resheet our gables. Heath, Laura and their crew were great to work with. Excellent communication and very timely with the work. A few surprises came out during the removal of our old siding and Heath brought us out to show us what was found and ensured the best fix possible. I had contacted several reputable roofers and received detailed estimates from each.  I also checked the user ratings of each roofer.  HTC stood out in terms of value offered and the ratings given by past customers.  They offered a better plan for my roofing issues at a better price. I felt confident I could work with Heath Chin, owner, and he did not disappoint.  The crew that worked on my roof was excellent and their attention to detail assured me of an attractive and tightly sealed roof.  I recommend them and would use them again....but I don't think I'll need another roof any time soon ... ;-)   "Service: Roof installation

We hired HTC to replace our gutters and to add facia wrap as well. Heath came out personally to advise us and give an estimate. Heath was polite, professional and did not attempt to upsell us. Each day his subcontractors we're there, he was also there at the end of each day to monitor the progress and to answer any questions. Had an excellent experience with Heath and his crew. Our roof looks amazing and the price was fair. They did a complete tear off and replaced multiple sheets of decking. We found no evidence of them even being there except for a couple nails on our back patio. We are having them replace our windows next and are excited to see how that turns out!

HTC repaired the siding on part of my home. Most other companies wouldn't even take the job because I wasn't replacing the siding on the whole house. Not only did they take the job but they did great work. HTC was very responsive and professional and was super easy to work with. I had already dealt with the insurance company but HTC was willing to do that part for me as well if needed. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future if needed!

I contacted HTC to get new gutters and improve airflow through our roof after having a roof installed by Frisby. Heath from HTC responded promptly and provided a few options to meet our needs. He had significantly more knowledge about all things roofing and ventilation than the people I worked with previously. I was very happy with all aspects of the project. His crews did great work, were timely, and easy to communicate with. We had some unexpected findings when we tore out my old soffits and Heath and his soffit installer were great about finding a solution. I would highly recommend them if you need a roof, gutters, soffits, etc. I wish I would have called him when I needed a roof a few years ago.

Contacted HTC roofing to get an estimate for a roof replacement. The guy came out and said he was going to take a few pictures and would get back to me with an estimate. He left within 5 minutes of taking “said pictures” and I never heard back from anyone. Horrible way to conduct business. Look elsewhere!

HTC removed my old T-111 siding and replaced it with vinyl siding as well as every piece of trim on my home. It was a huge job that took almost two weeks with the challenges they faced with the weather as well as issues we didn't know our home had. I am very happy with outcome. My house looks entirely different and much better. I spoke with Heath, the owner, everyday, sometimes multiple times each day, and he kept me informed throughout the entire process. I'm thrilled.

Highly recommend! They are honest, reliable, and friendly. Heath helped me through every step of the process, always answered my calls/questions all while remaining patient and understanding. The workers who came to my home were kind and respectful. As with any large home remodel, there were things that came up here and there but if there was any issue, he didn’t hesitate to correct the problem immediately. Heath went over and beyond to work with us and the adjuster on our claim to cover more than the original estimate initially set by our insurance company. This was due to extended damage on our garage. He worked with the adjuster on our behalf to make it easier for us and had it taken care of right away. I used HTC for some siding replacement on the weather-side of my home. Working with Heath, the owner, we came up with a plan and then he worked with my insurance company to get payment. He even went back to my insurance company to get more money when they low-balled us. He was responsive to my questions and needs, and showed care and consideration to my time. He matched the siding using a laboratory (no charge to me i might add) and the siding that was put on my home matched perfectly. The team that came out were professional, thorough and cleaned up their mess. I plan to use HTC again for some trim work and have no doubt that they will do a great job on this project as well.
