The Charm Builders organization is one of the best I have experienced. 3 guys showed up at my house on time at 6:30 am., stripped my old shingles off of the roof, put a new roof on my house and cleaned up so well I'm not even sure they were here. They drove away at 12:30 pm. So, they arrived and put a new roof in 6 hours. It is an excellent job. I would highly recommend Charm Builders for any roofing replacement.Bill & Pat Shissler.

Awesome experience. We hired Charm builders to install barn roofing as siding on our farm house. Attached are the before and after pictures from this transformation. Everything went perfectly and was above expectations. My only advice comes from my one negative, hire them early because they have a full schedule. I already have plans to hire them again.

I had Charm install a new asphalt shingle roof AND vinyl siding. They were very prompt and showed up each day around 7 am. These guys are extremely efficient and hard-working, and the job looks excellent. I definitely recommend Charm Builders. The work is very high-quality. I was hesitant to pay 50% upfront, but they met their promise. I was told that they would complete the work in November, and they were done in early November as promised.Service: Roof installation

So unprofessional! Not only did they start 3 days AFTER they were supposed to, they had the audacity to want to plug their equipment in to my house where I pay the electric bill! They also used my garbage cans as their personal spot to lay boxes of siding across making it impossible for me to even take the garbage out of my home. I would NOT recommend. But I'm sure this review won't even make it to their page. Only the best ones do.

They were on-time, professional, courteous and very hard working. Within 4 minutes of arrival, my shrubs were covered and they were on the roof. My 6yr old son Jax was recently diagnosed with Birkitt’s lymphoma. Prior to Jax’s diagnoses we were working on home renovations, a large part of that was needing a new roof. Our neighbors suggested Charm Builders. The owner, Allen, sent someone right out to do an estimate and we decided to go with them. We have only been home a total of 6 days since Jax had been diagnosed. My mom FaceTimed me to pick out the roof type and color. Charm Builders were wonderful with the whole process. Not to mention, anytime I talked to them, they asked how Jax was doing. I wasn’t home to give him the required down payment and he assured me it was okay and he would figure it out at the end. Well Monday they did my roof and we got to go home and see how amazing it looked. He told me he was going to send me the final bill today and when he did it showed a $0 balance, $0 BALANCE! He told us to take care of our son and to come home and have a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year! I cannot even put into words how wonderful this company is! Not only were they fast and efficient and put on a beautiful roof, they truly cared about what we were going through and Jax’s health. We are beyond appreciative for what they have done for our family and the weight they have lifted from our shoulders! So I want to give the biggest “THANK YOU” to Charm Builders and Premier Metals for all of their hard work and generosity for doing this for our family. Best roofing contractor I've encountered. Very responsive, had my estimate within a week. Roof was installed a scheduled, within a few weeks. Job was beautiful and it was obvious a professional had installed the roof. Price was more than fair for the amount of work involved. Job completed within 1 day which exceeded my expectations by several days for the amount of construction involved. We had a small portico roof built on the front of the house that several other companies turned down, they replaced our existing roof & gutters, all of the work was performed by 3 separate crews who all showed up on time, performed their task professionally & efficiently, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were finished. Their was a miscommunication on our end about the new gutters & they still were able to have them all replaced in less than a day. The new metal roof looks great & the job ended up cheaper than the other quotes we got for shingles. Cannot recommend this company enough.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

I had Charm come replace a roof for me. They showed up early in the morning, with 2 different crews, removed an entire slate roof, an above roof chimney, and installed an asphalt shingle roof in about 6 hours. They were super friendly, efficient, and have great quality. I can't recommend them enough!

They were timely, did an amazing job and even helped screw some of of existing old roof back into place free of charge on inspection to help give us time to save up for a new one. They did an outstanding job replacing our roof! They were here at 6 am, ripped off our old shingle roof, and put on a brand new metal roof and were done by 2:30 pm!! I couldn't believe how quick they were and how great of a job they did! Would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

Company was very professional up until the say they came to install the roof. They had previously come out and got up on the roof to measure it. The supplies are delivered and they come back on the day to install the roof and say our roof is to high and the crew doesn’t want to do the job. This is after they have accepted our check and everything is here ready to go. Mind you we have an average home for the Pittsburgh area.Very unprofessional to cancel a job on the day of with the supplies laying in our yard. Never heard of roofers saying a roof is “too high” especially after they’ve already been on it. Would not recommend this company to ANYONE. Really disappointed after waiting a month for them to come.
