We recently had new Gutters, Soffit and Fascia put in. They did awesome work! The soffit was taken down and replaced in one day, then the next crew had the new gutters up within a few short hours! Had a great experience from start to finish. Aaron spent quite a bit of time walking across my roof making sure there were no problems under the shingles. He then spent time answering my questions and kept in constant contact with me. The work crew showed up earlier than expected and completed the job in less than seven hours including a complete cleanup of my yard and deck. Price was fair and I feel as though I got my money’s worth. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing needs.Update: 12/5/23During a very windy night part of the fascia fell from my roof. I reached out to Aaron that morning to make him aware of this issue. He promised the repairs would be made that day and they were. He kept in contact with me throughout the day to update his arrival time. After making the necessary repairs in some really cold weather, he walked around the roof to ensure everything was in good shape. I can’t say enough good things about the quality of work but more importantly, how they treat their customers.

A coworker chose this company back in 2019 to replace her roof and gutters and was so pleased and impressed with the service that I remembered her response almost 4 years later. I asked if she still had the contact info and if she still felt the same as she had before- she was still singing their praises, and now I get to, too!The company was very quick to respond to all my queries and turn around time was super fast- roof inspection to roof installation was about 3 weeks, and the old roof was off and new roof done in around 5 hours (ours is a double wide with attached garage). We are slated to also have our gutters and downspouts replaced in the coming days pending weather. Cleanup was fantastic- they put down tarps to help control and gather up the mess. We have a pool built into the deck that comes off the back of the house, so I was especially worried about finding debris in it, but the only bits on the winter cover was a fine layer of dust at the edge closest to the house. Contacted Quality Exteriors to do leaf guards on my gutters. The did an excellent job and the price was great. While doing the job the gentleman found a bad spot on my roof, he took pictures and sent them to Aaron. A week later Aaron was there to look at it and see what needed done. While there he had decided to replace a few shingles and make the roof right. The guys at Quality Exteriors installed a new metal roof on my house. They were fair priced and did a quality job. Reuben and Aaron were easy to work with and very professional. The day of the installation their workers arrived at 6:30am and they started right away. They were organized and cleaned up as they were working. Even though a severe thunderstorm, they worked as long as they could safely do so. Believe it or not, they were completely finished by 1:30pm. In March, our home was hit by a major hail storm and our roof was damaged. I got a referral from a friend to call Reuben at Quality Exteriors of Holmes County and I’m so glad we did. Reuben was responsive, professional, went above and beyond to work with our insurance adjuster and his staff did beautiful work. They got there early and had a staff or 8-10 workers who took 2 layers of roof off and completely replaced it in one day! Our roof is gorgeous and they even did a modern split of architectural shingles on the house with a matching metal roof over our front porch which we love and has a great guarantee! The price was competitive and fair and there were no hidden fees or hassle costs. I can’t recommend them enough.

Quality exteriors put a metal roof on my home. I have a very steep roof with 3 dormers . I found them very professional and they did an excellentjob cleaning up. They could have done the job in one day but the first day it started to snow making it dangerous for the crew. The weather cleared up and they came back to finish it up a couple days later. The quote was timely and dependable. The crew had the old shingle roof removed and a new shingled one installed in about 8 hours for a medium size, but steep roof. They were quick and provided quality work. The roof had a porch extension and three dormers all of which were no issue for them. Cleaned up very well after completion.
