I tried to contact Jason at Distinctive Roofing and it took a few times for him to call me back. Once I did get a call back, I asked for a quote to replace my porch roof. He said he would get over there and look at it by the end of the week. Two weeks later I called him (since he didn't call me) and asked if he had a chance to take a look at the porch. He said he did and would run some numbers for me. I did get a quote for a good price. I said I would talk it over with my wife and get back to him. I texted Jason back a little while later and asked him to move ahead with the job and what would be the expected start time. He said 2-3 weeks pending on getting supplies. I thought that was fine and asked if he needed a deposit or anything on my end and I haven't heard from him since. I have tried calling and left a few messages kindly asking for some information. I can understand being busy, but at least call or return my call. Extremely disappointed with whole process. Will not call again and I will not refer them to anyone.Services: Roof repair, Roof installation
