New Leaf did a fantastic job on our master bathroom remodel. The estimate was accurate. Dalton and Zach communicated with us during all phases, from the demolition down to the studs to the final molding and painting. Dalton focused on the tiling and did a spectacular job of setting our niches and laying out the pieces in a pleasing way. Zach did much of the plumbing and orchestrated the old to the new systems seamlessly. They worked as a team and seemed to enjoy some of the challenges of the job. On several occasions they had additional help from other members of the New Leaf crew. Every one was personable and trustworthy. Our dog liked 'em too. We give them an excellent recommendation.

New Leaf replace all of our ugly ceiling fixtures with beautiful recessed lights. The owners worked with us to get what we needed. We did have an issue with a staff member not repairing the ceiling texture, but Wyatt made it right. My wife and I were pleased with the work and satisfied with the slight hitch. Would recommend highly!

We hired New Leaf to repair some rotting boards, railings, and sagging stairs on our deck, as well as to replace our front porch railing. From the beginning, the process was easy and seamless.They got back to my initial inquiry within 24 hours, and were out within a week to give me a quote. I had a very reasonable estimate (actually less than I expected) within a week.With the estimate, they gave multiple options for both projects, which was very nice and gave us a chance to do some research on what would be best. For the porch railing, we took their recommendation to go with aluminum over vinyl and the finished product really stands out!New Leaf's lead time for projects was also very reasonable--they were able to start work within 3 months. All told, the project only took about 3 days to complete, and Wyatt and his team were here on time each day to work. They even worked through a steady rain for two days, just to stay on time!I'm very happy with the professionalism, knowledge, price, and craftmanship of Wyatt and his team at New Leaf and will definitely be using them for any home project in the future!Services: Deck construction, General repairs

From the very beginning when I decided that I wanted to have my fireplace wall remodel Wyatt and team were very patient and responsive. They provided me with a few different options for pricing and were very accommodating if I wanted to make a change or add some thing. The quality of workmanship was fantastic and I wouldn’t second-guess using New Leaf again! Was delighted that they worked on my project from start to finish and honestly I was overly impressed with the finished project! We had New Leaf do a deck and patio expansion with an upgrade for composite decking and a switchback staircase. The upgrade is stunning. The fit and finish of the composite decking and fascia made the old wood deck feeling shabby and not well finished. The workmanship was top notch and the crew was very friendly and interested in doing the job right. They even did a great job on the concrete slab expansion which was a bigger job than you might think. I selected New Leaf LLC as the company to do some work on my home in Harlan Twp, as they were located close by, in Morrow. Many companies do not consider Harlan Twp to be in their service area.They responded to my phone call quickly, and sent a knowledgeable employee out to my home. And the work was done in short order, at the reasonable rate of $100 per hour. My complaint is that they billed me for more hours than the job actually took. When I inquired as to why this was so, I was told that it was necessary to bill me for a full day, due to employee not being able to go to a second job, after completing my work. The solution to this is to give them a full days work to do.The employees were friendly, and they did a great job. I have no complaints to report. They even worked outside during a rain storm.Over time, I plan on doing many more repairs to my home. And I know that I will be calling on this company to do this work. We had Noah, Wyatt, and team do significant exterior repairs of wood rot in gutter boards, rake boards, also exterior panel replacement with siding, structural repair of rot damaged components, window frame and trim repair, new roofing install coordination, gutter replacement, and external painting. On this job there was a fair amount of unknowns as to extent of damage. Noah and his team kept us completely informed of the conditions they encountered and the benefits of the potential repair methods. They never avoided digging in to properly correct the issues encountered. The quality of their workmanship was excellent from both functionality and aesthetic viewpoints. This is a very knowledgeable and competent team and they were enjoyable to work with. New Leaf came out today to look at a job requiring repair of rotted wood around windows. Noah arrived on time and was nice, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and responded with empathy and recommendations. He showed me what they would do to get the job done right. I contacted the office afterwards and they had already spoken to Noah and saw the pix he sent. They walked me through the process. They were thorough and offered the best course of action, walking me through each. In this day where Customer Service is no longer a thing, New Leaf has restored my faith that there are still companies out there that will do the right thing with experience and integrity!On 10/03/22, I wanted to update my review based on the completion of the work done. I could not be more pleased. This was quite a job that involved a very large window over the front double doors. Noah got creative and worked hard to get the price down. The guys showed up on time and worked non-stop to make everything perfect. He kept me aprised of any issues they came across, but he also had solutions to those issues! They cleaned up and I am one very very happy customer! I hightly recommend New Leaf! I had so many other companies who claimed they could do the work, but not one company would commit to it. New Leaf did what they said they could do and the outcome was amazing and beyond my expectations.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with New Leaf! Noah and his crew did quite a few things for our remodel in Indian Hill including redoing basement which included building a new bar, they also built a new workout room, new backsplash, painting most of house, changing out lighting, installing fans, painting cabinets, etc. They were always professional, nice and hardworking. Noah is extremely detail oriented and takes great pride in his work. Here’s a before and after of one of the projects. Hire them, you won’t regret it! Wyatt came over for the initial meeting and was very prompt and professional. He walked us through their process on how they do things and told us what to expect with each step of the way. Their pricing was right around, if not slightly less than, other quotes we have received. One really nice thing about New Leaf is that each crew handles one job at a time and doesn’t bounce between projects. What other said would take 6 weeks may take only 3 for them. If you are looking for a company to remodel it would worth your time and money to have someone from New Leaf come out to give you a bid.
