The process was made very simple starting with Ryan who came and inspected our roof, then Jerry came out and explained everything very clearly about next steps and cost. Within a few weeks Paul, Bob and the roofing crew were out here tore off 2 layers of shingles and put on a beautiful new roof! Thank you so much to all of RoofTop Relief! I would refer this company to any family or friends looking to get a new roof!

From start to finish they have been professional, thorough, and patient while explaining their process to me. The crew who came out to do the installation was an A+ squad of guys who knew their stuff, were efficient, and finished the job in one day. I would easily recommend Rooftop Relief to anyone who needs roofing services, as they truly care about their clients and the quality of their work. I cannot imagine you would be disappointed!

RTR is a company that truly cares about the work they do! Had a complete roof replacement done this past month and from the professional installers to the site manager coming back the next day (without me asking) to make sure all debris and trash was completely removed getting my property back to better then before condition they did an amazing job will be recommending them to anyone i know that is looking for roof repair/replacement!

They accommodated my busy schedule and got the work done on time. Prior to the service, a representative came out and told me exactly what was going on with the vent boot and some additional siding that needed repairs. There are many places to review companies, online, Angie's List, BBB, ETC. That's nice but it only gives a small picture of who your going to be dealing with. I've been helping my mother with a claim to fix damage to her house. It took a few weeks to get estimates some were a joke while others were a little lower. However, when you meet someone and their character shows before words do... that was my first impression. They have gone above and beyond to deal with our insurance and especially their "we don't like customers" adjuster. In the end my Mother got her repairs and it's very nice that they were there every step of the way. This company is honest, helpful, experienced, but most of all selfless in what they do. Thank You, from the Sedgwick family.

We could not have asked for a more stress free experience. Jerry and Ryan were initially quick to respond and showed up the very next day to meet with our insurance adjuster which was very helpful since we were uninformed. Once replacement was approved, they were very helpful in describing the benefits of their Owens Corning shingles. Installation was so easy. Their team was in and out in less than 12 hours total. After being impacted by a bad storm, my husband and I were overwhelmed by all of the damage. We contacted Rooftop Relief and spoke with Ryan. He reassured us that everything would be okay. They were quick to come to our home and inspect the damage. They explained everything from start to finish. As well as answered all of our questions.
