We couldn't be happier. Both the new roof and our experience with Spartan Roofing & Renovations exceeded our expectations. Our Project Manager (Charles) was great to work with. Everything was done exactly as stated and Charles checked on us each step of the way. The roof was completely torn down to the rafters and replaced within one day. Spartan Roofing in Gratis,OH did an excellent job on our roof! Had it torn off and put back on in one day. They did a great job cleaning up and were very friendly and professional. I would recommend making sure they place something under their truck if it’s in your driveway and you worry about oil stains. That was the only issue we had. But the overall job they did was fantastic and I would highly recommend this company!

They intalled my gutters for me the middle of last fall. They did a great job and made any accommodations that I needed. We had a roof in dire need of replacing, had called a few company's for estimates. Spartan by far was the right choice. They did not consume a half day with a big sales pitch like others, they shared their options, easy to pick, we made our choice and then scheduled the day. The crew showed up, tore off the old and had the new roof on within 9 hours. Complete tear off, replace, cleaned up (completely cleaned the whole yard property) and gone by 5:30. Was so impressed with the crew, and couldnt be happier with the product. We had gutters added by Spartan as well. All at a great price too. I highly recommend Spartan Roofing for anyone in need of roofing, gutters, siding and pretty much any home project you dont feel like messing with.

Was so impressed at how quickly I was able to get my whole roof replaced after the wind storm took a chunk of it off. The guys completed the tear off and reroofing in a day. Left my place clean! Easily worked with my insurance claim plus I got to choose the color I wanted. Highly recommend!

A friend suggested that we have our roof checked for wind damage after a bad storm in June since his roof was approved for a full replacement by his insurance. Our roof had no visual damage but we took our friend’s advice and contacted Chris Tussey at Spartan Roofing and Renovations in New Lebanon to look at our roof and advise us. Chris came out the day we called and inspected our roof finding evidence of wind damage. He then walked us through the process of getting approved by our insurance company. Chris asked to be notified when our insurance adjuster came for the inspection. Both Chris and the inspector surveyed our roof and found wind damage throughout the roof. Both felt our roof met the criteria for a full replacement. Our insurance adjuster was a third party inspector and wrote the report for a full replacement. Our insurance looked at the documentation and denied the claim stating that we did not meet the criteria. Chris again talked us through the questions that we should ask and after talking to our insurance company again, they decided that she would review the claim again. I was then verbally told by our insurance company that we were approved. When the paper work come in we were again denied. Again Chris advised us to call the company again and ask them to pull the tape of the person that stated we were approved since those conversations were recorded. We were approved for a full replacement that day. We were immediately given samples of shingles and advised on what was needed to fix our roof. The work was scheduled and professionally completed in a little over a week. The crew was quick, hard working and professional including tear down, replacement and clean up. We are very pleased with the excellent job done and highly recommend Chris Tussey and Spartan Roofing and Renovations.Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof inspection, Roof installation

A windstorm caused shingles to blow off my home. Spartan Roofing was quick to respond. My insurance company tried to give me the run-around, claiming that only half my roof needed to be replaced. Spartan took over the negotiations with my claims adjuster resulting in my entire roof being paid for in full. The roof was scheduled to be replaced within a week, with the tear off and install happening the same day. I literally left for work with the old roof on, and returned home to a new roof - never seeing a dumpster or a single worker. They left my yard immaculate and the roof is perfect. I highly recommend Spartan Roofing.

I had repair services performed by Spartan Roofing and Highy Recommend. A little quick summary of my experience: This summer my wife and I had just got back from a trip late afternoon on a Friday and found that over half of our front gutters along with the facia had completely came off. The roof rafters and attic was completely exposed to the elements. The weather forcast was calling for heavy rains throughout the weekend.By biggest concern was rain getting into my attic. Being a late Friday afternoon, I called a local company and they told me the earliest they could even give me an estimate would me the next Tuesday.On a recommendation from my son-in-law, I called Spartan Roofing. Manager Ben Ramsey came to my house within an hour to give me an estimate. He even personally tarped my exposed attic to keep the rain out of my attic, and we agreed to perform the repairs Monday. Whithin a few mininutes after Ben left, he called me back to inform me he would have a crew on site to perform the repairs early Saturday next morning.I sincerely commend Spartan Roofing, Ben Ramsey and crew for the outstanding job they performed for me. They went on and above to help me out through the whole process (including with my insurance). The quality of the craftsmanship was excellent. I will definitely have Spartan Roofing perform any work I may need done in the future.Thanks Again!
