Ave hardware, is the best place to get keys for your vehicle, they are on it , fast , efficient, courteous and reasonable priced. I actually ran over my car key with my lawnmower and he was able to get another key made from the damaged key ,it was amazing i was up and running in one day. I’m very thankful

This location always make sure that the customers are helped on. I feel like they hired knowledgeable people then the field. You expect Ace and True Value to be more expensive due to being a smaller store. But I've come to notice that a lot of the things in the store, are just cents above the competition. Staff is always friendly and approachable. Oh and did I mention free popcorn? Who doesn't love free popcorn?

Drove out from Canfield last night looking for a sauce that Canfield and Boardman didn’t have.It was about 10 minutes to closing time and everyone was super friendly and helpful.Plus they had the sauce I was looking for and on their recommendations bought a couple more. 😊

Only started going here recently, very nice store and very happy with shopping here. I live a few blocks away from a home Depot and just a few more from a Lowe's, even with that, I still drive the 15 minutes out of my way to shop here when I can. Great selection of bolts, screws, washers and ext. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience at your store today! Heath helped educate me about a battery operated mower. I was skeptical but in dire need of a mower that I didn't have to pull start since I have a bad shoulder. It devoured the 22" high grass I was dealing with! I'm always going there for small things. Friendly staff, and helpful. I do wish their prices were lower: but for small quantities on something you need right away to finish a project, you pay for the convenience of having one in your neighborhood.

Support local business! I am so glad to have ace here in town. Don't ask me why but my 7 year old daughter loves this store and has to come with me everytime I go there. Some people complain about the prices but the simple matter is their prices aren't that bad and me being able to drive here and back in less than 2 minutes versus fighting boardman traffic is more than enough incentive to shop here..factor in the fact that you can always find someone willing to help you and this is a no Brainer. Highly recommend village ace hardware and pharmacy

Our car battery died while we were in the store. Eric, an ACE (New Middletown, Ohio) employee, immediately came to the rescue with jumper cables and used his own car to jump our battery. He was so helpful and friendly, and went well above and beyond the call of duty to get us on our way. Thanks, Eric! You’re the best!

I went on Google and they said they had green Christmas lights in fifties I Ordered online paid through pay pal then I get up email saying OK they will be coming in and will let you know. Then I got another e-mail O no we're not going to get them in so we're going to credit your money.what a zoo.you dont know what you have and dont have?. it's a good thing I didnt take a ride there as Google said this store had them in stock..Huge waste of time.

I stopped in one morning to purchase a stihl chain saw. After asking for assistance the salesperson showed me some of the ropes of starting and up sold me special fuel that added two more years warranty.When I got home I went to the backyard to cut some of the logs. Starting was not easy nor were the instructions given at the store adequate. After the saw started I found it wouldn’t cut. Here the blade was installed backwards. The saw ran great but after the day I decided that a spare blade would be in the future very helpful. The next morning I stopped at the hardware store early because I was pulling a trailer not to mention not wanted to stop In the middle of my day to waste time going to the store. Found not many people working at the early hours and had a tuff time finding Stihl chainsaw blades in fact none to be found. I thought how strange a Stihl dealer not having blades. I purchased what I could find.Hours later I decided to tryout the new blade. It didn’t fit right. I called and found out they do have Stihl blades but they choose not to Display them the or put up a sign to say they have them. So in the middle of my day I dragged my trailer back the the Ace Hardware to return one blade and purchase the blade that was hidden from the normal everyday public.I was not happy!

Ace hardware had a huge inventory, great helpful staff and plenty of parking. Their inventory includes gardening tools, seeds, etc, outdoor bird feeders, food, etc, every tool I can think of including toilet parts, cable, wire, yard ornaments, pet supplies...straw. ....you name it plus it adjoins the pharmacy and the things you would find in any pharmacy including lotions, muscle rubs, aspirin, heating pads....you can even get your flu shot here.

EXREMELY RUDE STAFFI walked in to get a couple thing and was harassed about not wearing a mask. The bald gentleman would not give me his name and ran to the back as two female employees proceeded to kick me out of the store. ALL OVER A MASK. What a joke!!
