The crew at A&E did a phenomenal job on our home. We had siding and gutters done, and the end result is nothing short of spectacular. The crew was very hardworking, working past dark every single day they were here. They were very professional, friendly, and artists in their own right considering the quality of work and attention to detail. It was a true pleasure having the team here, and the pricing we received for the work done was amazing! It was so refreshing working with such a great, customer-oriented contractor, and the owner Eric would answer his phone and return calls every time with any questions or concerns right away (which is rare). He did such an awesome job coordinating his team to perform the special work that needed done to fix our water problems/damage, and I can rest my mind now knowing our home is no longer compromised. Very unprofessional crew. They took twice as long as needed to complete the job, left nails all over our yard and around the property, and left the back door of my house wide open which allowed bugs to get in and my indoor pets to nearly get out.When the owner was called to explain the issues, we were told "What do you want me to do about it?" Our roof was replaced as quoted and the workers were extremely courteous and pleasant to have at the house. At the end of every day they were meticulous about cleaning up the mess (which is no small task!). There were complications discovered when the old roof was removed, but the crew still managed to finish the job in the original quoted timeframe. We were very pleased with A & E.

First tech was nice. I liked him and he was helpful.2nd tech was rude, didn't do anything and said was my problem to deal with company I purchased appliance from, eventhough they sent him out and said he would resolve. Didn't even have the tools he was supposed to have.3rd tech (2nd today!) that company sent out just called after waiting 3 hours to say he isn't coming.I Call service company direct and agent hung up on me when I asked for his name.
