11:45a appt. Checked in with the friendly guard at 8:35a. He directed me where to go. Checked in at shipping office, nice lady gave me a dock right away. I back into the dock & a nice guy came out & took my keys and put a glad hand lock on the airline and I was loaded in 30mins. Paperwork was ready 10mins after. Everyone’s nice here, would pick up here again.

Horrible company to work with. Stay far away. Been dealing with warranty for over a year. Vertical siding is warped and bubbling on our brand new house. They come out for an inspection, take a piece for “testing” and disappear for months without communication, leaving the front of our house looking ridiculous. Over a year of testing an inspections and waiting and they have no answers and continue to string us along. They should be ashamed of how they handle these situations. Do NOT give Ply Gem siding your business.

Have been dealing with Jennifer T. From warranty department for over 6 months. Submitted siding samples, pictures, multiple correspondence between us with no results. We submitted our warranty claim for warping and bubbling, but Ply Gem responded that the color was within fading. We never submitted for color fading. Our neighbor has the same issue.It has been checked by general contractor for installation defects, separate siding installation company, distributor, and home inspector. They all have stated the siding has been installed properly, but the product is failing.My advice for any distributor, general contractor, or developer is to avoid this product or company at all costs.

I've been working at Ply Gem for a little while now, and I love the place. They offer very competitive wages and benefits at all levels, and the working environment has been a positive experience. My coworkers are helpful and polite, and everyone's on a first name basis. If you're looking for a serious career, Ply Gem should definitely be a consideration.

Trucking companies beware stay away. They will hold your driver up for long hours. Time wasted, day wasted, money wasted. You’re driver will quit on you for sending him here. Not worth it.

Aside from having a lot of pallets and dumpsters all over the place, near the rear docks, this place is fantastic. Great, great, friendly people and quick in loading and unloading.

Horrible place to work. Management doesn't care. They short your check at least once a month and then act like they don't know what happened. Never give any bonus they promise. Horrible Horrible place

Worst people. I got load after 5 hours. And then the papers was ready after 2 hours. So 7 hours because of some returded woman in office.
