Being impressed in an understatement. The transformation of our bathroom Tub was astounding. He fixed so many issues that were beneath the original problem, fixed other small issues that needed addressed while he was there and refused to leave his work short of exceptional. I will be using his company again for other projects needed. Also, if you want a good story then ask him about the house with the 1/4in thick cast iron tub. I would highly recommend Tom and Eric for any repairs you need.

Total Home Improvement has done 3 jobs for me and I love this company! They did 2 bathrooms and replaced my roof. They do an excellent job and they clean up after themselves! I will definitely hire them again when I need work done!

I was incredibly impressed with the job they did on our counter tops. Not only did they do great job getting them installed, the managed to identify a number of issues the manufacturer who we order through as 3rd party and was able to work with them and get everything correct directly through the 3rd party.My father in law was so impressed with their work, he immeaditially hired them on for a bathroom remodel at his place.I will be definitely reaching out to them for any additional work in the future. Tommy and his crew have been the best! They have done several things for me from pressure washing and re-painting an ugly old building of mine (which is now beautiful!) to doing a bathroom remodel, adding doors where there weren't any before, replacing other doors, They have done electrical work for me also. I needed more outlets and after they were done you could not tell the outlets hadn't been there all along. And they left the place cleaner than when they started!! I am extremely happy with the service I have received and will be using T.H.I. again very soon!

Called them to come give us quotes on replacing our ceilings. They came but never got back with us with the quotes. We called and were told they were too busy. What kind of business is too busy to want to get more business. Very unprofessional.

Hired THI for a total roof replacement. Top notch work by a top notch crew from start to finish. Went so far as to check shrubbery on hands and knees at cleanup to ensure they got every last shingle or nail.
