Several years back Mike and his crew were subcontracted to replace some defective vinyl siding on my house and they did a fine job. I even had them install gutter screens and install vinyl siding on my storage shed.When the roof developed a leak I called them first. Mike came out and said he’d send out two of his men to go up on the roof to try and find the source of the leak. They never came so I called again and was later contacted by Mike’s wife apologizing and assuring me Mike would call to set up an appointment to inspect the roof. That never happened. I ended up going with Hornbeck Home Renovations, also known as KangaRoof. They came out, went into the attic and onto the roof and determined that the ridge vent was at fault. They got the job of replacing all the ridge vents and did a perfect job.I guess Mike must be too busy overseeing the construction of his new home in the Caiman Islands to be bothered with us peons here in Ohio. Good riddance Mike.

We had major water damage last summer. Heard good things about this company so contacted them. I was told they were backed up but would be in contact in plenty of time to get things figured out with insurance company. So I waited. I have no kitchen lights, a ripped up ceiling and a bathroom with the floor peeling up. I checked in October and was told the same thing. But we had until April so I was ok with waiting. I just called to check where we were at. I was told she assumed I found someone else and they were just too busy to come. I didn't want to bother and call more so I waited to hear from them. Soon it'll be too late to get more from insurance company. We are talking thousands of dollars. I was also told conflicting information. At one point they said they contact insurance company and know some agents from doing this so much. Today she said absolutely not, I'm given the estimate and I go to insurance. Really this wouldn't matter at all. I never even got an estimate. It just really shows the unprofessionalism. Even though she does admit she assumed I went somewhere else I really wish a call would've been made to let me know they were passing me.I am so tired of my kitchen looking like this, with no lights at all. But was very willing to wait until they had time. This is so upsetting. I got the call back in the middle of the grocery store and was so upset I had to hang up. I was not going to lower myself by saying what first came to mind.I know you said you can't clone your husband, I'm glad you find this so funny. All I needed though was a phone call or basic courtesy.

We had a leak in our ceiling in part of an addition previously put on our home. We had the owner out in spring of 2019. He said our problem was the entire roof on the addition and that it all needed replaced. We trusted him. A few weeks later we had them out to rip off the old roof and completely replace it with all new. In terms of the job it was fine. The roof looks great and they were done in a timely manner. We weren't happy to find roof nails all through the yard where our kids and pets play but figured it was part of the job so whatever. May comes and we get rain and wouldn't you know the leak is still there. Call about it and son in law comes out and says this is it and fixes something else. June and its still leaking and so on. At another point the owner came back out and said it was in relation to the flashing so they replaced that. Still leaking into fall. The last contact we had was in November. Two weeks in a row and four possible days they would be stopping out. They've never showed and never contacted us back about it. Being a young family with children, one of which I was pregnant with and delivered during this time, I don't appreciate feeling taken advantage of. My husband got some free time in November and go up on the roof with a house to try and narrow down an area where what is coming in. It seems to be coming from behind a shutter on a second floor window directly above the main floor addition. We called and told them this and were told they'd fix it for the cost they charged. Had we known this was the issue certainly wouldn't have opted to put a new roof on a large portion of the house just two months before I was due. We would have paid to get the window area fixed at what is likely going to end up being a fraction of the cost of the roof. The problem was the owner said "its your roof it needs replaced." So since he was wrong we are just out of luck apparently and since they were paid for the actual job its none of their concern anymore.

Claim had a bill multiple years later, never received a bill via mail. Had someone else come look at roof and multiple issues only a few years later. Even spray painted a section of the roof that they put down to “match” green roof put in looks like they spray painted the white green. Tacky as can be.Service: Roof installation

My parents hired this company to repair a leak in their roof, and they never finished the job.They also hired them to repair a porch and had to call them back several times to complete the job and properly secure the railings. The excuses and inability to finish a job is completely unprofessional. Not the kind of family owned company I'd refer to anyone.
